Pray for my daughter’s healing

To my brothers and sisters.
I am currently fasting for the healing of my eighteen year old daughter who has been diagnosed by a specialist with an inactive thyroid gland. His words were ‘it’s completely dead’. Also the medication she would need to take will have to be taken for the rest of her life.
I believe nothing is ‘dead’ unless God says it’s dead and all the medication we need is Jesus Christ.
Will you lift her up in your prayers? May I also ask those who are able to pray in the Spirit, to do so? Her name is Bernedean.

Grace the Bridge to Holiness

When we accept Christ as our Saviour we are made holy by a definite work of grace in salvation. This new birth is the beginning of our walk which must lead to complete sanctification. We are told to stay holy as we are made holy.
Initially we can only walk in the things we are taught at the time of our new birth, but now we need to have a progressive growth in holiness.

I have read of others and have myself been in the very same position, after sinning how this puts a damper on our Christian life, but it need not be.

Defend our God and Bible?

Do we need to defend our God and our Bible? I think not.
But neither do we need to share it with those who reject Them.

The Bible is true and correct in every way. It speaks for itself.
It is the first book, the best book and the oldest book in the world.

IN JESUS’ NAME – The Power of Prayer

We as Christians have the legal right to use the name of Jesus in asking or receiving anything from God. This right is given to us by Jesus Himself.

(Highlighted by me for emphasis.)

Joh 15:16 You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed you [I have planted you], that you might go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit may be lasting [that it may remain, abide], so that WHATEVER you ask the Father IN MY NAME [as presenting all that I AM], He may give it to you.

My letter to God

Who am I, Lord? You know me.
Lord who am I that you have always been there for me?
Yes Lord, you know I love you but I don’t always show obedience which should be proof of that love, but You have come through for me, Lord, time after time. I just don’t know why.
You have always, always provided for all me and my family’s needs big or small through some very hard times. Why Lord, who am I?
Sorry Lord, I can’t help it, but these tears I cry Lord is because I REALLY don’t know why.

Never Ever Give Up

I have a testimony that is long overdue now.
It is so important to pray for our loved ones while they are living even if we think there is no hope, because the hope only ends when they have died.

Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment

But while there is life there is hope…

This story is about my sister who was unsaved, although she was brought up as a Christian, she later followed an Indian religion, where she met her husband. They believed in Christ but that He was a prophet as many false religions do, just touching on the truth.

Possessed after Deliverance!

Nothing in the Bible has been or will be disproved. Critics have been silenced through the ages because the Bible has been proved to be right in all that it states, incredible! Why? because it is written through inspiration and revelation from God.
How safe can it get! Glory to God!

2Ti 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2Ti 3:17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Life after divorce

How do you see what is biblically required of a divorcee?

God says we are one flesh and only by the death of one are we released from this. All sins are forgiven by God, excepting the one against the Holy Spirit, but in a broad sense divorce (although not a sin in itself but abhorred by our Lord) seems to be another. Or I should say to divorce and to marry again, this leads to the sin- adultery.
Is there no forgiveness, ever, for those who remarry until the death of one (original) partner and then repentance?

Leading by example…

Truely Jesus is our example in every way!

Although being God He was prepared to give up all Godly powers and only kept His Godly nature which makes Him God, and become man for us.

Phi 2:6 Who, although being essentially one with God and in the form of God [possessing the fullness of the attributes which make God God], did not think this equality with God was a thing to be eagerly grasped or retained,
Phi 2:7 But stripped Himself [of all privileges and rightful dignity], so as to assume the guise of a servant (slave), in that He became like men and was born a human being.
