Faith Teaching

Learn what faith is and how to grow in faith with this teaching article and other writings below. Faith is infinitely valuable to us because without faith we cannot please God (Hebrews 11:6). Faith is that inner knowing, that confidence in God that comes from REALLY hearing God's message with the heart. God wants us to be sure of what we hope for according to His promises, and certain of what we do not (yet) see. Jesus Christ is the King of Kings, and it is an offence against God Almighty to doubt or reject His message. On the other hand, trusting and obeying God puts us in a place where God will put His resources at our disposal so that we can execute His will as His ambassadors on the earth.

How Faith Grows and How Faith Works

There is something wonderful about genuine faith in God. Something really refreshing. In the first place, true faith is not rooted in self-righteousness. This was the problem of the Pharisees and it is easy enough for us to fall into the kind of trap they were in if we go for religious zeal without a genuine love for people.

True faith in God begins when God reaches down to us with His word. Its the word that gets through to our hearts that counts. Usually we are most receptive when we realise that we are not good enough, and we really need help.

Prayer, Faith and Authority

God wants us to grow in prayer, faith and authority. God wants to do something good in your life. Not only in your life, but in my life too. And in the lives of people everywhere.

God’s Word In Your Mouth

Our words have a job to do in our lives. Now, I know that there’s people that believe that words are insignificant, but let’s see what The Bible says. In Matthew 12:36 Jesus said, “But I say to you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement.” That word idle means inactive or unemployed. So, our words should be doing something. It would be unjust for God to hold us accountable for our words not doing anything if they don’t have the power to do anything. So, obviously God thinks our words should be doing something.

Medicine Is In Your Mouth

One of the most important things people overlook in dealing with sickness is what they speak out of their mouth. You can’t just speak anything because your words have an effect on your body. In the book of James he says, if you offend not in word, you are able to bridle your whole body. He also goes on to say your tongue is like the rudder of a ship, so if you want to go from sickness to healing then you are going to have to set your tongue to healing and not sickness. In 1Peter 3:10 he says, if you want to see good keep your tongue from evil.

The Unseen Force Of Faith

The tittle may sound a little strange, but that’s how I want you to view faith. Not just something cute that you keep in your heart, but a force. A force is defined as- Capacity to do work or cause physical change; strength; power. I like that, cause physical change. Let me tell you where I got the tittle, I was watching television one day and I happened to come upon a compass. So, I picked it up and started to move around the room with it and as I moved that compass moved. And the Holy Spirit quickened my mind, there is a force in the earth called a magnetic field.

Are your angels unemployed?

When was the last time you wasn’t worried about money? Is it getting worse, not better? Afraid to answer the phone or get the mail? Maxed out credit cards just to eat and put gas in the car? It’s like some kind of giant weight pushing you down, squeezing you? Does anybody care? GOD CARES! He knows and feels your pain, and HE WANTS TO HELP YOU!

God Is With You Now

You might be going through a tough time right now, but taken from the life of Isaac God is able to shower you with his goodness even in the middle of your circumstance and have everyone around you amazed. And that should be normal because we serve a supernatural God that doesn’t need circumstances to line up for people to see his goodness, but right where you are right now. I was reading through Genesis and how Isaac was traveling and God told him don’t go down to Egypt because there was a famine in the land and he pitched his tent in the land of the Philistines.

Are You Blessing or Cursing Yourself

What are you saying about yourself and circumstances, because what you say determines whether you are blessing or cursing yourself. When God blessed Adam and Eve He blessed them saying, “Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that creepeth upon the earth.” When Jesus cursed the fig tree he said unto it, “No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever.” And that’s the same way you bless and curse, they both come out of your mouth.

How to Heal the Sick in the Name of Jesus

The testimonial evidence is super abundant today confirming that God does indeed heal the sick today through the name of Jesus.

When we examine the stories, we find that these healings take place in many ways.

Some are instantaneous and miraculous, such as the healing of blind eyes – you can see examples on youtube for example in the video below.
