I thought it good to answer on this website to some good questions that someone recently wrote:
I am a young person, who is currently confused. I have not been brought up in a particularly religious household so I do not have a certain religion that I follow, so to speak. I have friends from a variety of religious backgrounds who are all telling me about their own religion. My grandparents are Christians but parents are Pagan.
I was wondering what was it that made you certain there is, as you say an ‘Almighty God’.

In April 2002, my aunt invited me to meet with a mystical Catholic priest from India with whom she had been consulting for help with relationships and other problems. She told me that she believed this priest had some supernatural power to foresee the future and to identify problem areas in people’s lives. I decided to go because I was rather depressed at the time and my faith in Christ was not yet very strong.

We can see here plainly enough that the recommendations of Jesus Christ fly in the face of everything that our natural instincts tell us.
Perhaps you are happy to be part of the “New Age movement”. Through
meditation, crystals and the development of various occult techniques,
you hope to become a more enlightened individual with a greater “cosmic
consciousness”, radiating out positive energy to the environment. You may
believe that God is Everything, and that you are God or are at least on
your way to realising your oneness with deity.
Here are some questions every New-Ager should ask:

At the heart of Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox theology we find what may

This is the idea that after death the soul or life-force will eventually
find its way into another body. There are many different and contradictory
theories concerning how reincarnation works. One thing is sure however.
If reincarnation is true, then death is not final. It is only the gateway
to a new existence. Death, then, is therefore also relatively safe. There
is no need to fear hell-fire or eternal judgment.
I understand that paganism is a growing religious force in the world today. Also, there are quite a number of forms of paganism – Druidism, Wicca, Witchcraft just to name a few. Perhaps you feel that your rituals and other spiritual activities will help to save the Earth from self-destruction. You may distrust Christianity for quite a few reasons. You can't stand the doctrine of eternal punishment, and you probably feel that most Monotheistic religions, especially Christianity, are a hindrance to spiritual development.
Soon after the fall of man, people began to traffic with the fallen angels and demons rule over the affairs of this world directly or indirectly, by the consent of man. There are many who have sought power to get what they want by serving these spirits. In some cases the power is obtained through sacrifices, in other cases, through religious or magic rituals, or a combination of both.
These fallen angels, these evil spirits, are masters of deception.
