Paul says in Romans 1:16 (a):
“I’m not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of every one who believes: …”
Its a common mistake to think that after someone preaches the gospel, God sends the power. But the Bible says that the gospel “is the power of God”. If someone gives you a machine gun, you need to be trained before you can handle it, don’t you? But our wonderful God told you on the day you were saved: “I’ll give you my power to handle!”
What is that power?
Rambabu, a former Brahmin Hindu, is the founder of New Creation Ministries based in Bellary, India. He now preaches Jesus Christ both to individuals and to large crusades numbering in the tens of thousands. Outstanding miracles always follow his preaching. His daring faith is an inspiration to many.

In January, 1999 I spent a couple of weeks in India, in the southern State of Kerala. In the course of my trip there I had the opportunity to speak to a number of Christians, and also to unbelievers, telling them about Jesus and what God can do. I also had the opportunity to pray for the sick in Jesus’ name.
Quite a number of people were healed of all sorts of medical conditions through faith in the name of Jesus. There were people healed of breathing problems, back problems and a variety of other things.
“Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?” (Exodus 15:11)
“Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8)
It still seems strange and unusual today to many when they hear of outstanding answers to prayer, or great miracles of healing. But why should it? If Jesus Christ is real, and alive today, these things should be commonplace (1).
And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, ” Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the
knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.” (Genesis 2:16)
"And out of the ground the Lord God made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food. The tree of life
was also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil." (Genesis 2:9).
