Ministering

From The Holy Spirit and Christian Testimonies by C. Marie, www.theholyspiritacts.com

As God speaks for things to happen, they will take place exactly as to how He spoke of them. His words are true and accurate. If He said that we need to expect some things to occur, then best believe that His words will come to pass despite how things look at any given time. He will always make ways for His words to be fulfilled.

Psalms 33:4-9, “For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses. Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.”

Nothing is impossible for us, if we have solid faith in God.

St. Mark 10:27, “And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”

St. Matthew 17:20, “And Jesus said…If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

St. Luke 1:37, “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”

St. Matthew 21:21, “Jesus answered…, If ye have faith, and doubt not,… if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.”

St. John 14:12, “verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.”

God’s words are true, and will be fulfilled.

Numbers 23:19, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”

St. Matthew 34:35, “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.”

We are able to perform the same types of miracles as Jesus did, plus more, because we are ministered through by His Spirit.

1John 4:17, “Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.”

St. Mark 10:45, “For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister…”

A particular, merciful Christian woman used her kind heart as well as her occupation of being a barber for ways to minister to people. She spoke The Word of God to others, gave gifts to little girls that had scriptures from The Holy Bible on them, and offered her barbershop services for free to some number of little boys.

Colossians 3:17 and 23-24, “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.”

St. Matthew 6:19-21, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”

We are to witness how the Holy Spirit interacts with those who have been sanctified to live their lives for Him and the will of God. To our abilities, we are to minister to one another in the Christian faith, our friends, families, enemies, and strangers out of mercifulness too, for the love of Jesus in our hearts.

Philippians 2:12-15, “…work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;”

People run inside of church sanctuaries for assistance, to be ministered to by sanctified, men and women of God. The reasons range from baptisms to receiving financial aides. Based upon the will of God, during those isolated moments, the Holy Spirit may work through those sanctified individuals from time to time to effectively assist those who run inside of sanctuaries for ministering purposes.

1 Corinthians 14:12, “Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church.”

James 5:13-18, “Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.”

From how the Holy Spirit works through our bodies and the manners that He goes about by doing such, those will be our own spiritual gifts. So from the spiritual gifts of apostleship, prophecy, evangelistic, pastoring, teaching, healing, giving, miracles, and whatever else, people are to directly witness His Spirit ministering to others through us, being holy living temples of His. The usages of our spiritual gifts are a part of how people become blessed by Him from us.

Hebrews 13:8 and 21, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever… Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever…”

St. John 15:1-12, “I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.”

We have been chosen and sanctified, to fulfill the will of God in ways that will bring Him praises and honor.

1 John 5:3-4, “For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

We are to love one another and know that whatever we ask God, in Jesus’s name, He will give our desires to us.

St. John 15:16-19, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. These things I command you, that ye love one another. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.”

The ways of the Lord is not like the ways of the world. The devil is influential, as pride, hate, lust, envy, and greed are not Christ-like. Our hearts should not mirror those.

Romans 12:1-2, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

St. Mark 4:2-3, 7, and 18-19, “And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine, Behold, there went out a sower to sow: And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.”

St. John 12:31, 14:30, and 16:11, “…the prince of this world…” refers to the devil.

1 John 3:1 and 13, “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.”

St. John 18:36, “Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world:…”

St. John 17:14 and 16, “I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.”

Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

God gave us the tools we need to stand against the devil’s tricks and temptations.

Ephesians 6:11, “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”

As there is power in the name of Jesus, as well as having His supernatural, powerful Spirit in us, we are able to cast out the devil, his unclean spirits, and demonic powers.

1 John 4:4, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

1 Peter 5:8, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”

St. Mark 16:17, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;”

We must focus on obeying The Word of God, and not allowing the world system to condition us to sugar-coat sin. Envy, lust, greed, hate, and pride are worldly baits that we should not feed on, to avoid being distracted in the Christian faith.

James 4:4-5, “…, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.”

1 John 2:15-17, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

1 John 5:17-20, “All unrighteousness is sin:… We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”
