Patience from the Lord; Patience of the Saints
Recently I have found that I was very impatient in the waiting for the Lord's return. I was almost pushed to the point of suicide in waiting on God to return and bring His people to His Holy place. Literally, I walked through three cities all the way to the City Hall of another; and, I was so angry, I had taken a box cutter and tried to slit my risk and veins at my armpits, I even tried to saw through my skin. But it did not work. My skin didn't even have a scratch on it.
So then I remembered the Lord saying "I will never leave you nor forsake you." And I threw the box cutter in a plant. Then I spent the night in a homeless shelter. I was in great awe. I didn't know how it happened or why. Shouldn't one be penalized for trying to take His own life and blaspheme the Lord?
Whatever the Lord willed, I must have been a part of it. So I thank God and I now know that I am not alone. So in praising God. I ask that as many who do the will of God would join me in praying that our Lord's Kingdom comes and that the Lord will come quickly. For we know that the Lord will come quickly.

Perhaps you were spared because
the Lord appreciates that you so much desire His coming, whereas many believers do not really value His coming that much, having many of their hopes on what could be obtained or enjoyed in this life.
Let us always remember that it is the nature of the Lord to love us, and to love all. While there is a chance for us to demonstrate that love and bring others to God, let us do so. In a few short decades we will all be in eternity, everyone who is alive today.
