Demons and Fallen Angels

I have studied demons, possession and exorcism from a number of differing viewpoints for about thirty years. I have been attacked, oppressed, and influenced by them to varying degrees, though never "possessed". at least I DON'T THINK SO. I don't think so, becasue I think I have been divinely protected at least to some extent since I was fourteen and answered my first altar call. Yet and all, despite shortlived bliss and happiness in Jesus in my teens, I managed to screw my life up just as bad as any other person born in the 50s and enticed by all the occultism rampant in the USA since then. I usually explain that I took a very circuitous route to the cross.

Demons are real. Evil spirits are real, and ghosts are real too. Seances work, and the spirits of the dead can be called up. Of this, I have firsthand knowledge, and it is also demonstrated scripturally with the account of Saul's little tryst with the witch of Endor, and the ghost of Samuel. God is merciful to have spared my worthless hide until I was led by the Holy Spirit into the truth of my sins and convicted to repentance.

I have read extensively on the subject, but I must recommend, for someone seeking the rest of the story, the Book of Enoch. While this book was left out of the Bible, Christ, and 1st century Jews recognized it as scripture. I have to give it a lot of credence, and personally feel that keeping this book out of the Bible was a satanic coup, and also that its rediscovery in these last days is at least part of the prophecy imparted to Daniel about the increase of knowledge in the last days.

Enoch gives the names of the twenty angel chiefs who participated in the taking of daughters of men and explains that there were two hundred in all who rebelled. He explains tha these angels were enchained after the flood until the judgment and that the spirits of their dead offspring, the Nephilim giants, would roam the earth, as being neither angel nor human, they were irredeemable EVIL SPIRITS.

SATAN/LUCIFER is NOT among this group of rebellious angels or "Watchers". He is still roaming freely. Other fallen angels as well are not enchained. So today, when humans encounter these principalities and powers, they are dealing with the spirits of dead nephilim or fallen angels. These can usually manipulate their environment and humans. They are the likely source of most "poltergeist" activity, as well as more serious demonic oppression and possession.

Ghosts, the spirits of dead humans, for some reason, have not entered Sheol, or Hell, nor Paradise. The New Testament seems to indicate that upon death, the human spirit is either accepted into Paradise immediately, which is kind of a staging area for the saved believers, or sent to Sheol, a staging area for souls awaiting judgment who were not saved or did not accept the testimony of Jesus Christ during His time there after the crucifixion and before His resurrection. The question is WHY are they not in either place, when humans seem to have no choice to avoid Sheol if they are not saved, and would certainly not abandon Paradise if they were?

The best answer I can come up with is that these humans still had the bloodline of the Nephilom within them. Not all Nephilim died in the flood and examples of giantism and extra digits - 6 toes and fingers- persist to this day. Someone who has Nephilim DNA in them would still be redeemable, but if they did not accept Christ, upon death, would suffer the same fate as the direct offspring of the unholy unions, i.e., to roam the earth. But the fascinating thing about them is that while they appear all over the planet, they seem oblivious to the world around them and the living. They seem to just repeat the motions they went through in life, and you may walk through a few of them every day. Demons and evil spirits, conversely, deliberately interact with people when given the chance.

The moral of the story is DO NOT MESS WITH ANY KIND OF NECROMANCY, but if you encounter a communicating spirit, realize that it is NOT Uncle Fred, but an evil spirit or demon that had had thousands of years to observe us and could imitate Uncle Fred well enough to fool anybody not in possession of this knowledge. If it actually was the spirit of Uncle Fred, it might walk by and disappear, but it will not try to communicate with you or influence its environment.

Regarding voices: the evil spirits and demons are always raising a cacophany of blasphemy, and if you are hearing it, you need to cry to Jesus to silence them and rebuke them in the name of Jesus. Even though they may be yelling READ YOUR BIBLE, remember that the apostles themselves were harassed by demons proclaiming that these were men of God until they were silenced. Hopefully you can get some sleep. ALSO - DO NOT USE HALLUCINOGENIC DRUGS or anything chemically similar, because this will open the portals in your mind to receive their rantings. Don't ask me how I know.
