I've been toiling with the idea of posting this but decided it's worth it, so please bear with me.
Some years ago(about 3) I started seeing time sequences, typical was 11 past the hour and mostly 9:11. It happened virtually every day, by complete chance. A quick glance at the time and poof 9:11! I was thinking "this must have something to do with 9/11 and should I be considering doing something with it"? As time went on it got progressive. I started seeing number sequences with the number 11 in them just about everywhere I turned my head, 6:11 8:11 9:11 11:11 and so on. About one year ago to the day it really started to ramp up. I was still confused and a little scared of it's meaning. Shortly there after I was struck with my life's sins. Like a blow to the head. Feeling helpless and afraid, I turned it all over to God.
After getting myself on track with the Lord the numbers ramped up even more. This was no longer a daily thing, but hourly and coming from all sorts of sources, receipts, clocks, signs, radio, internet, cell phone etc. I brought this to the attention of my Pastor, he was stumped. So I started Googling the matter. I discovered I wasn't alone. I finally felt a little better knowing people around the globe were experiencing the exact same thing, some for decades even.
Enter the angels theory. The world of communicating with angels. I think it falls off the deep end from here, but maybe not. My journey leads me into rarely mentioned world of dealing with angels. It's my understanding that God provides us each with 2 angels. Ok I can accept that, sounds like something he would do. Then I learn of what may be lunacy or connection (you decide for yourself). I found out that some folks firmly believe that angels speak to us through prompts to get our attention, 11:11 being the most common. This led me right into the world of Urantia, for which I naturally backed out of real quick. None the less the numbers kept coming and still do. I prayed on it. I asked God flat out, "if these are Your angels, then let them speak loudly" and they did. By roughly Nov of 07' I was going insane with the prompts. Again, God if these are your angels speaking to me then let them speak loudly, and they did.
Being determined I kept pursuing the meaning. This led me into angel numbers. You can Goggle that all your own. During this odd time in my life (fall of 07') I was walking along in the garage where I work, I look down and see money on the floor. 1 dime and 1 penny, yep, 11 cents. By now this has become inescapable for me. Go to bed, it's 9:11, wake up,

Glad I am not alone
I have seen 11:11 for over 12 years now. I recently did research on it about a year ago and was afraid. I said if it wasnt of God that I wish for it to depart from me and it hasnt. I cant even begin to recount how many times I have seen it. The 2 weirdest examples that stand out is when I bought groceries and the total came to $11.11 and months later when I was at the store a customer asked what time it was and someone shouted "Its 11 past 11".....of yeah and I saw it tonite which reminded me that I wanted to come to this website and leave a comment because this is the first time I have seen this whatever 11:11 is blogged or talked about in a christian website and I must say I feel very relieved.

James, like you and skinnyboy it isn't related to JUST clocks or even 11:11. For example another numerical friend of mine is 444. In fact yesterday morning I had been laying in bed very ill for 2 days. The only time I opened my eyes and looked at the clock it was 4:44 am. and like everyday 11 past the hour is common place for me. Such as now, a chance glance(7:11am est, go figure). I don't plan it I don't harp on it, I don't look for it or wait on it. I just take a glance and there it is. And like skinnyboy I stumbled into all the new age BS coupled with Urantia. I dismissed it all and prayed on it (repeatedly). 11 is suppose to be a master number in numerology, thats nice I say. Numerology isn't the word of God. But several folks have discovered it has a significance in the bible, and THAT leaves me feeling very hopeful.
I can't say it's from satan either. When I pray on it and it's frequency increases(by request). And it doesn't lead us into sin or ask us to do wrong or inspire evil thoughts, then it must be from heaven. My question is what? What does it mean? Are some of the new age people right, it's angels? A message God?

I have been experiancing the same as everyone else mostly 11:11 about 5 years now and a lot more latley, and sequences of 12:12 3:33 1:11 etc. . November 07 I was going through a tring time and it came on thick. I am really baffled about this. I believe in a high power God and considere myself a christian I guess. I just wish there where easier answeres all the stuff that gets through at us everyday.
I did see a billboard yesterday for a local church having a sunday school service called
Enconter Sunday at 11:11. I think I will check this out maybe this is the sign I needed. Oh and it had the Pasalms 42:2 verse on billboard.

i have been experiencing this intriguing phenomenon for some time as well. in my case it is "11:11 or 1:11".
i'm aware that our minds have internal clocks and such that work in mysterious ways, so i've wondered that perhaps this may be causing it. however i do not think this is the case. i virtually never really think about the number "11:11" and this whole phenomena. in other words, i don't seem to find it - it seems to find me.
seeing it on clocks and such are the most common. for example a couple of days ago i received a text from a friend at "1:11 pm".
personally i would say that this is indeed something from god - he may very well be trying to tell us something; to prepare perhaps. i believe we are nearing the end of the age - the climax of things very soon. we need to be ready because he could come as a thief in the night.

Same here. When it first started happening to me I started writing it down whenever it happened. I would wait a little bit and then go look at the clock. And whenever I did this the time was nothing out of the ordinary. It only happened whenever I wasnt looking for it. Lots of people thought I was just looking for it to happen. But sometimes I would be talking with someone and just ask the time and they would say its 3:33.
Its interesting that three people on here are experiencing this. Im comforted that im not the only christian whose experiencing this as well. The first time I realized this was happening to me I looked up on google to see if I could find anything. Well all I found was a bunch of new age crap telling me I was on a greater spiritual journey to become a god or something like that. So I thought for sure that it was evil spirits trying to decieve me but now im not to sure about that. Im going to continue praying on this matter.

Could be God saying something, could be coincidence. I suppose if it's God he'll be trying to tell you something through it? (I remember how some woman giving her testimony at church, and she kept seeing pictures of poppies, but it was part of God's reassuring her.) I can't say either way.
However, I am glad you stuck with the Gospel and didn't get caught up in this 'Urantia' business. I nearly got caught looking at this when searching for Christian videos(!) but didn't take me long to find out it was quite unbiblical. (I wonder if I should have contacted the owner of the video site to mention he was in error?)

There you go, another person. skinnyboy I have read every verse 9:11 and still don't get it. But as I progressed through the Bible and faith the sequences ramped up. Theres something to it, what exactly I just don't know.

Ive experienced the exact same thing. Ive just called myself paranoid though. In the past year or so whenever I look at the clock it says 3:33, 4:44, 2:22, 1:11, 12:12 etc... Just recently Ive noticed at night and in the morning ive been seeing 9:11 all the time. Ive tried to seek explanation like maybe theyre Bible verses but im still not sure. Like you its not just restricted to clocks and I see it when I play any online game with points. Its interesting to see someone else whos experiencing this. Anybody else have any theories?
