Another Boy Sees Heaven! Near Death Experience (NDE) report on Fox

There have now been quite a number of reports from different people who have died or had near death experiences and seen heaven. Some of them are children. Almost all these reports give the same testimony – that babies who never saw the light of day are in heaven now! Praise the Lord!

I think it is wise to take eye-witness accounts seriously, especially when there are a number of them from different sources.

In any case, whether this report is true or not, and I suspect it IS true, the Bible tells us that there is a heaven and there is a hell. Even if you want to doubt testimonies like this, do not be in unbelief concerning God's Word – because unlike people, GOD is faithful.

  1. This was true at the time that Jesus spoke it. However, since the death, burial and resurrection of Christ, it has been possible for people to enter heaven.

    • tau.tsaka says:

Michael, where is the scriptural proof that shows that since the death of Christ and his resurrection it has been possible for people to enter heaven? Where is the scriptural proof that shows that the ressurection of the dead has already occured? Paul addressed similar concerns, in 2 Tim 2:17,18 we read; their teaching will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, who have wandered away from the truth. They say resurrection of the dead has already taken place, and they DESTROY the faith of some. The witness scripture to this is also found in Rev 20:5, The rest of the dead did not come to life until thousand years were ended. Even if we were to hyphothetically assume the NDE and for “people to enter heaven’ to be somewhat true, that would clash with a lot of scriptural doctrine, the devil is still not bound and he continues to deceive the world in these last days, how would we account for that. Besides, what benefit would it be to humans for someone to tell them that they were “dead’ and went to heaven? In the parable of the rich man and lazarus Jesus tells us the following when the rich man asked that someone from the ‘dead’ goes to warn his brothers; Luk 16:27-31. So we see Jesus saying that it is not necessary to have a dead person tell the living about ‘after life’ as the living have the holy scriptures for that purpose and should use them. No where do we read about Lazarus after being rosed from the dead telling about his ‘heavenly’ experience. Now, it would be more credible to believe someone who actually died, certified dead for a while and came back to life than NDE’s. Besides, if one is dead, there is no knowledge or conciousness, no memory, no perception, so it is therefore not possible to accept their testimony without violating a lot of scriptural integrity. I am afraid we have to go it as the holy scriptures advise, by FAITH and not sight!

  2. tau.tsaka says:

Much as the testimony might sound true, i hold the view that it is NOT and CANNOT be, to believe otherwise will be to make God a liar. We read in Jhn 3:13 (No-one has EVER gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven – the son of man). So clearly one needs to be careful how one interprets what one hears and sees presented by ‘eye witness NDE’s). God who is NOT a man that He should lie tells that it is not POSSIBLE, we therefore need to ask God how then do we account for such experiences. Isa 8:20 is clear (To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn).
NDE experiences helps to perpertuate a human desire to know mysteries that God clearly warns Christians are forbidden to access as they are not true and could mislead them in their faith walk with God. It really does not matter how credible the evidence submitted is, the Holy Scriptures, quiet easy dismiss them as NOT being true. Note, I did not say ‘real’, I said, they are FALSE, as they are not in line with the scriptures. We come across similar ‘spirits’ in 1 Kings 22: 20-23.It is important for christians to hear what the WORD says, Saul came across the same spirits when he consulted the median “hoping’ to be speaking to Samuel.

In the end of age, believers are urged to put on the full amour of God, if we fail to pay heed the Word, the bible tells us in 2 Thess 2:9-12, what may be our end. Pay special attention to what they bible says in verse 11:For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe a lie. God instructs that the mature in Christ should walk by faith and not by sight 2 Cor 5:7.
