Commitment to Preach

I go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Mk 16.15

I am very careful, then, how I live. I live not as unwise, but as wise. I decide to make the most of every evangelistic opportunity, because the days are evil.
Eph 5.15

I go into all the world and make disciples of all the peoples, baptising them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and I teach them to obey the commandments of Jesus Christ. Mt 28.18 – 28.20

I am as bold as a lion.

Commitment to Minister in God’s Power

Ministrying God’s Power for the Glory of God

Its not just enough to do it at the level of my personal convenience! I must be ministering in God’s power faithfully with the gift to the best of the ability which God gives me.

Always, in every encounter, people must see the love of Jesus in me.

I must be passionately motivated by the glory and honour of God.

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Cor. 10:31)

If I lay hands on the sick, I must do it for the glory of God.

Ministry of a Believer

God has given me the ministry of reconciliation. I implore people, be reconciled to God! 2Cor 5.20

I proclaim the praises of Him who called me out of darkness into His marvellous light. 1Pet 2.9

I am a royal priest. 1 Pet 2.9; Rev 1.6

I present my body a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is my reasonable service. Rom 12.1

The life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Gal 2.20

I am an ambassador for Christ.

Ministry Growth Confessions

“Oh, that you would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that your hand would be with me, and that you would keep me from evil, that I may not suffer or cause pain.” So God granted him what he requested. 1Chr 4:10

The Lord GOD says that He will also let me inquire of Him to do this for me: He will increase my men like a flock. Ez 36.37

In this the Father is glorified, that I bear much fruit; and I will be Christ’s disciple!

Confessions about Edification

Whenever I come together with the brethren, all things are to be done for edification. 1Cor 14.26

I speak in a tongue and edify myself. 1Cor 14.4

I prophesy and edify the church. 1Cor 14.4

Since I am zealous for spiritual gifts, it is for the edification of the church that I seek to excel. 1Cor 14.12

I speak only such a word as is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. Eph 4.29

Marriage Restored through Prayer and Faith

Hi,

I just wanted to share that for those of us who married before meeting the Lord Jesus, there is hope.

My husband and I were both unsaved when we got married 10 years ago. After two years into the marriage, the revelation came to me that “God loved me”. It was such an amazing concept to me, that One so Great, could love an insignificant ant like me. I fervently read the Bible until the book fell apart. It changed my life. My husband did not like it…it scared him and we ended up separating while he continued his “wild” living.

Anders got a second chance

Anders got a second chance.

When Anders Myrli from Sweden/Gävle grew up, his father was on constant flight from the police. Anders went into deep depression and after awhile dropped out of upper secondary school. Then alcohol became his best friend and finally he was stuck in an addiction. During an attempt of burglary he realized that his life was a failure and therefore he decided to end it.

When Anders Myrli was in upper secondary school he went into deep depression. He dropped out of school, left his congregation and started to drink huge amounts of alcohol.

Marlene Brown returns to Christ

I was born in a large Christian family. Ever since I know my father he has always been a Minister of the gospel. He is also the founder of a church in the community where we lived.

Being the youngest of twelve children, it was only natural that I attended church on a regular basis.

I accepted the Lord as my personal Saviour at an early age. Actually this was during my early years at High School.

At that time my only desire was to seek the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and to receive the gift of speaking in tongues.

Delivered from Mormon Deception

Michael, thank you for your insight on whether or not Christians can have demons. I appreciate that there are Christians who will take my experience at face value rather than wondering if I was truly a Christian when this devil entered me. I know there is great controversy on this subject among Christian scholars but for those of us who have experienced deliverance, there is no question as to whether or not a Christian can have a demon.

Saved from a Violent Background

When I was 20 months old my father killed my mother, she died at age 21 in 1964. My mothers, mom took me and did the best she could being a alcoholic. I was abused a lot as a child. I quit school 9th grade, got a job at a clothing factory,in south NJ. That’s were I met a sweet lady, that for 3 months tried telling me about Jesus. And for 3 months, I put her off, till one day I got to work, and just like other days, she
talked about Jesus, but this time her words HIT me.

And at the age of 18 I came to know Christ as my saviour, that was 24 years ago.
