The Cancelled Ticket

The Cancelled Ticket

A gorgeous day I mused in my Sunny English Garden

Knowing God has made me rich with no beg yer pardon.

I’m Ok I am secure its stamped upon my ticket,

Front row seats in heaven and pastor’s signature on it!

Suddenly a disturbing sound thundered from the Heavens,

Don’t be afraid you’re sealed inside by the lucky sevens.

My time to front my good buddy, Lord, I thought,

I tried to remember back to all the truths He taught.

Ah that’s right! “Never perish” is Calvin’s safety net,

So I know that though I sin there’s never a regret.

My conscience gave little comfort as I stood there now,

Hidden sin’s forgiven I assured, with sweat upon my brow.

His burning eyes bore no smile when seeing through my heart,

Reminding me from the truth I would have no eternal part.

“It’s written here in My Word no liars will come in,

And you are fully aware that it’s your common sin.

But my Lord may I say you have not understood,

They taught me in Church, though we sin, it’s all good.

So excuse me guys who guard heaven’s open door,

Let me in right now my ticket to heaven is sure.

The Pastors declared with fervent zeal “This is the revelation!

How can you show me as I stand there’s been a cancellation?

Presumption now turned to terror as they held me above the pit,

Screaming, shouting, begging did not stop the fire He had lit.

Depart from me you cursed into eternal fire that’s prepared,

For the devil and his angels and for the likes of you it’s shared.

All liars go to hell as it was written in the Book,

No defence is valid because you did not look.

You follow the doctrine that suits your wicked style,

Only to perform such deeds that will inside defile.

All you had to do was walk in the Spirit and the Light,

Then you wouldn’t have to face this terrible judgement night.

Your doctrines that deceive you will not help you on that day,

The penalty’s for Christians that have sinned in the same way.

My wicked servants that have denied Me and turned to sin,

Will be appointed their portion and into hell go in.

While they preached their sermons to others so very well,

Their wicked works denied Me so they are doomed to hell.

You did not choose godly sorrow that was needed at the time,

Continuation in your wickedness is your very crime.

So here’s the moral of the story I hope you hear me out,

Cleanse your hearts you sinners and see that there is no doubt,

Don’t gamble with such matters concerning your precious soul,

Making certain of your election is your lifetime goal.

Luk 12:45  But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;

Luk 12:46  The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.

Jas_4:8  Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

2Pe_1:10  Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

Joh_15:6  If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Joh 15:2  Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

Rev 3:5  He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Rev_2:11  He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Rev_21:8  But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

2Ti_2:12  If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:
