Unbelief in Unbelievers

Unbelief is a spirit which causes people to reject what God says is true. The more we can get unbelief concerning God’s promises out of our own hearts, the more we will be effective in destroying it in those who do not yet believe. Unbelief binds the hand of God. It is one of the worst enemies to deal with.

Spiritual Warfare Praying

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against
spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:12)

Real Christians are involved in a spiritual conflict. This is a fight in which guns and tanks are of no use. Paul said, “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood”. The conflict is not with people, or nations, but with Satan and his demons. We need to recognise that many times when people oppose us, the reason behind it is spiritual.

The Kingdom of God

The central message of Jesus Christ was the message of “the Kingdom of God” or “the Kingdom of Heaven”. This message, when understood, is the most relevant message for the needs of humanity. It is a highly attractive message, and will produce the greatest results of any message one could give. This message must once again become the central theme of preachers and teachers in these last days.

When the message of the Kingdom of God is given correctly, the results will be dramatic, just as they were for our Lord and for the apostles of our Lord.

What Jesus did in Spiritual Warfare

God the Father sent Jesus into the world for a reason. The Bible says in 1 John 3:8, “For this purpose was the Son of God manifest, to destroy the works of the evil one.” Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. One demon sensed this when he cried out through a man in the synagogue, “Have you come to destroy us?” (Mark 1).

In order to overcome the devil’s works, Jesus needed to overcome severe temptation. This he did firstly in the wilderness at the end of his 40 day fast. He did it by saying, “It is written” and following it up with a quotation from God’s Word.

Introduction to Spiritual Warfare

Things will be right when God takes his rightful place in our lives and in our societies. Most people have no idea how good it is to actually enjoy God’s favor and presence on a daily basis. Its amazing. It is possible, and it beats anything else you could ever experience. But God gave us freedom of choice. Unfortunately, mankind has used this freedom to give tremendous authority to invisible evil spirits including Satan, their chief. These spirits have deceived people everywhere, including many Christians, on just about every point that is truly important.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit Testimony

On June 19th 2000 I was sitting and reading the bible only the words in red, I stood up and began to read the words with all the life in me, I then felt so refreshed, I then felt to go and to pray in my bedroom alone,I closed the door behind me and got down on my knees to be humble before God.

I prayed and ask God if he would give me the gift of tongues and the understanding of it, then I felt to stand up.

Confessions about Power

I have received power now that the Holy Spirit has come upon me, and I shall be a witness of Christ. Acts 1.8

I wait on God until I am clothed with power from on high. Lk 24.49

Power belongs to God. Ps 62.11

The power of the Holy Spirit is not my own power. Acts 3.12

My speech and my preaching are not with the persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that our faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. 1Cor 2.4 2.5

The message of the cross is the power of God to us who are being saved.

Sin and Salvation – Section I

The Disciple,—Master, it is clear to almost everyone that to disobey God and to cease to worship Him is sin, and the deadly result is seen in the present state of the world. But what sin really is is not absolutely clear. In the very presence of Almighty God, and in opposition to His will, and in His own world, how did sin come to be?

The Master,—1. Sin is to cast aside the will of God and to live according to one’s own will, deserting that which is true and lawful in order to satisfy one’s own desires, thinking thus to obtain happiness.
