Lutherans Endorse Homosexuality – God sends Tornado

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20)

In the days of Jesus’ earthly ministry, he turned over the tables of the religious practitioners of his day. Look at this video and consider how God sent a tornado to overturn the tables of the modern day “den of thieves” which is the hierarchy of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, when they voted to endorse homosexuality as a lifestyle. Anyone who follows these spiritual leaders has become an apostate also. “A bishop must be blameless, the husband of one WIFE”. The Spirit of God would never lead anyone to be loyal to people who in the name of compassion and inclusion do violence to God’s Holy Word, and so bring themselves under the curse of God.

If you need further evidence that the American church is by and large APOSTATE, please consider the fact that the Evangelical Lutheran Church in August 2009 recently passed a measure basically endorsing homosexuality and sodomy. In doing so, the Lutherans in America have departed from biblical Christianity effectively joining the Episcopalians who permitted the “consecration” of a practicing homosexual to the position of “bishop” of New Hampshire some years ago.

The standard line justifying this incredible apostasy is that the gospel is all about “inclusion”, “acceptance” and “tolerance”.

Jesus Christ, on the other hand, talked about people who would be EXCLUDED from the KINGDOM. He showed NO ACCEPTANCE for sin and no tolerance for sin. Inclusion and acceptance is available to THOSE WHO TURN FROM SIN, NOT FOR THOSE WHO TEACH PEOPLE TO SIN. Jesus said that if your right hand causes you to sin, better cut it off. For it would be better for you to enter life maimed, than having both hands, to be cast into the fires of hell.

Of course, this applies to ALL sin, not just the sin of homosexuality. But once a church says that doing some of the things that God calls an ABOMINATION is “O.K”, then that “church” has become a “den of thieves”. They are “trading” in spiritual and religious things and delivering DAMNATION to the people.

The world is full of adulterers, homosexuals, liars, cheats and so on. We are to love all such people and treat them with respect as human beings. Certainly never in a violent fashion. But to tell a person who is living in darkness that they are right with God – that is not and never will be LOVE. This is what certain portions of the apostate church are now doing, and I am sure the devil himself would be pleased. These churches once had truth-loving people in them. Now they are led by carnal compromisers, religious professionals who do not know God are strangers to his holiness. They may clothe themselves with religious garments, but God sees the deception and corruption that can give birth to such resolutions as the Lutheran church of America just passed.

The world can do what they like. They can pass laws saying that a thing is OK, but He who sits in heaven laughs at them. Judgment from God is coming soon, only those who repent and believe will escape. The whole world is condemned already by God (John 3:18,19; 1 Corinthians 6:9), whether they are homosexuals or not. It is very sad though when a group which claims to be called out by God becomes an agency for the promotion and tolerance of sin. Clearly, the glory of God has departed.

In my view, none of these people who talk about “inclusion” for UNREPENTANT homosexual offenders care about GOD’S FEELINGS. They can’t tolerate or accept God’s holiness. In tolerating the devil, the world and the flesh, they make themselves the enemies of our fiery, Holy God.

It is not as if this is just about homosexuality. The same would apply if the church passed a resolution that thieves and adulterers could be in good standing with the church also.

The devil has stirred up despots and other political leaders in previous eras as well as our own to make laws that PUNISH THE RIGHTEOUS and HONOR THE PERVERTS. This has happened in Canada, and may well happen around the Western world. In doing so, the nations of the world are inviting some of the most horrible JUDGEMENTS upon themselves. It will get to the point where the Bible itself will be considered “hate speech”. But as I said, God’s judgement is coming. Its already begun, and will only get stronger in the days ahead. A tornado knocking the cross of the top of a church buliding is just a light rap over the knuckles compared to what is coming. You do not want to be a person who causes a believer to stumble into sin on the Day of Judgement.
