The Great Fiery Red Dragon

I am more than amazed by the clothing that I see Christians wearing. I am greatly troubled is the word I should be using than amazed. It is not the casual wear that people attire themselves in but it is the very symbol of Satan that people are wearing. I see it on shirts, tee-shirts, slacks, jeans, blouses, dresses, skirts, purses, wallets, back packs, skate boards ect. The symbol is the dragon.

Revelation 12:3. And another sign appeared in heaven: behold a great fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns and seven diadems (crowns) on his head. The verse is about Satan. The following verses talk about the war in heaven. Verse 9 states more on the subject. So the great dragon was cast out that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The symbol of the dragon is drawing more and more people to buy and own it. I believe that this is another tactic of the Devil to get us so use to this symbol that it is no big alarm to us in this the latter days of his rule on earth.

I have done a web search on dragon/dragons and they occur in many legends throughout the world. My web search was short and most likely the dragon symbolizes more than what I state.

Most people associate the dragon with Asia but European and American cultures also had their dragons.

Psalm 101:3 tells us to set nothing wicked/worthless before our eyes.

1…The symbol of the dragon can mean reincarnation. Hinduism and Budduism have their dragon deity. (It is appointed for man to die once but after this the judgement. Hebrews 9:27).

2….The symbol of the dragon is paganism and is worshipped. It is a sacred symbol to those who worship the dragon. (You shall have no other gods before Me. Exodus 20:3).

3….The symbol of a dragon is wisdom. (This wisdom does not descend from above but is earthly, sensual and demonic. James 3:15).

4….The symbol of the dragon is magic and supernormal powers (occult powers). The early church required those wanting to be baptized say “I renounce all the works of the Devil” and they also had to destroy any idols, charms or magic books they owned. ( Also many of those who practiced magic brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. Acts 19:19.) There are many scriptures forbidding the use of occult. (A man or a woman who is a medium or who has familiar spirits, shall surely be put to death; they shall stone them with stones. Their blood shall be upon them. Leviticus 20:27).

5….The symbol of the dragon is to bring good luck and health. (He who trusts in the Lord, mercy shall surround him. Psalm 32:10). Throughout the scriptures we are told to trust in the Lord and nothing else.

6….The dragon is the symbol of chaos, and raw destructive power and evil in the world. ( according to the prince of the power of the air (Satan) the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience. Ephesian 2:2b).

7….The dragon is the symbol for the animal that lurks within all men that if left unbridled can reduce man to a beast. (Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons. Titus 1:12b). The ungenerate man is called a beast in the scriptures.

We as Christians are to be in the world but not of the world. We are to come out from among them (the world) and be seperate says the Lord (2 Corinthians 2:17) We are not to give anything back to Satan that the Blood of Jesus redeemed us from. His Blood has set the captive free and we are to remain free. We are to be holy for the Lord is holy and He has set us apart for Himself. (1 Peter 1:15, Psalm 4:3)

We as Christians are watched by all and people who may never read the Bible but they are reading us and making decisions regarding our Christ-likeness. You are an epistle written in our hearts and read by all men. (2 Corinthians 3:2).

I would encourage anyone who has dragon items that they do a Bible study on the character/names of Satan and a web search on the symbols of the dragon. I also would have you pray the protecting Blood of Jesus on yourself and your household for Satan does not want this to be revealed. As I have been writing this blog I have lost my internet connection four times.

These dragon items are not to be thrown away or given away to someone else but they are to be burned in fire for our Father in Heaven sees these things as an abomination (utterly repulsive) and are to be destroyed by fire. You shall burn the carved images of their gods with fire; you shall not covet the silver or gold that is on them, nor take it for yourselves, lest you be snared by it; for it is an abomination to the Lord your God. Nor shall you bring into your house, lest you be doomed to destruction like it. You shall utterly detest it and abhor it, for it is a accursed thing. (Deuteronomy 7:25,26)

Skulls have become very popular….I noticed them after the movie “Pirates of the Carribean” came out……After this movie and its sequels there seems to be many skull articles of clothing and ect…Yes, skulls are a symbol of death…. A family member had some new shoes on the other day….When I examined them, they had tiny skulls imprinted in the fabric..They were so small that they were almost unnoticable…I am wondering what curses we are bringing on to our generations…..In Mexico they have a celebration that is called “Day of the Dead” where skulls and skeletons are used in the decor….I do not have the time right now to research all that is behind the design of the skull but will post what I find at a later date…..

    Blessings……………………

I have recently seen a lot of skulls on clothing as well. The skull in my opinion represents death.
