(Note: I know this film has been out for a while, but good messages in movies are timeless, and I want to share one such treasure here.) My heart cringes and I cry tears when I watch one scene in newer release of “The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader,” as the boy turned dragon scratches himself after having been wounded by a sword and crashes onto an isolated, pure white island of sand in the ocean. The dragon claws at his skin, desperately trying to remove the skin and flesh of what he has become because of his greed and selfish nature.

I am thinking we really should make a sign to hang out front which says: “Salvation guaranteed or your sins cheerful refunded”.
Papa God we thank you this day and want to rejoice in it. The devil did not make this day; this is the day that you Papa God have made so we want to rejoice and be glad in it.

At the time of writing, there is a war on between Israel and Lebanon. A lot of people are suffering – Christians, Moslems and Jews. There is tension between Iran and the USA and it is believed that the conflict could escalate. Apparently a islamic terror plot to blow up some airplanes in mid-air has just been foiled, and security measures are being tightened everywhere. The economies of the world are looking shaky, and fear and anxiety are on the rise.
It is at times like this that many of us long for the return of Christ.
I am a Christian but I have sinned . I feel guilty. What can I do?
If you know what your sin is, and you feel guilty, thank God for it. This is God's way of helping you to see the need for change in your life. The good news is that you can be forgiven by God. Jesus has already paid the price for your sins.
God has made a provision for us to receive forgiveness of our sins. 1 John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
The failure of many to receive divine healing over the years have given rise to a whole slew of traditional explanations for why we should not really expect divine healing to happen today. These objections are answered in this article.
WE BELIEVE that God’s answer to man’s sinful state is in the death of his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ upon the cross, whose sufferings and shed blood have made full atonement for the sins of the whole world, both original and actual, and that there is no other ground for salvation – 2 Cor 5:18-21; Gal 1:4, Eph 1:7; Col 1:14; Heb 9:25,26; 1 Peter 1:19-20.
Introduction.
It is in this subject, the atonement, that we find release from the curse. In our last study we saw the Fall of Man and how it brought in a curse upon the human race.
Hi,
I just wanted to share that for those of us who married before meeting the Lord Jesus, there is hope.
My husband and I were both unsaved when we got married 10 years ago. After two years into the marriage, the revelation came to me that “God loved me”. It was such an amazing concept to me, that One so Great, could love an insignificant ant like me. I fervently read the Bible until the book fell apart. It changed my life. My husband did not like it…it scared him and we ended up separating while he continued his “wild” living.
