Promises of God for Power over Sin

Under the Old Covenant there were very few who rose to such a high standard of living that it could be said that they consistently overcame the power of sin. But there was Enoch, a rather cryptic figure who lived in the time before the flood.  It says of Enoch, “And Enoch walked with God: […]

God’s Word Reveals the Promise of the Holy Spirit and Works with the Spirit

God’s Word Reveals the Promise of the Holy Spirit and Works with the Spirit From the Series – the Power of God’s Word – by Michael Fackerell God’s Word was given by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit over 1600 years through different men. So the Holy Spirit is really the author of the Bible. […]

Fidelity to Jesus Christ

The book of Proverbs says, “Many will proclaim their own goodness, but a faithful man, who can find?” (Proverbs 20:6). I’m sure the heart of God is aching in this respect. After all, He gave us promises of virtually unlimited scope such as “Whatever you ask in prayer, really believing, you will receive”, but what […]

Natural and Spiritual Dehydration

Apparently if you don't drink enough water your body can't assimilate food to produce energy as well, and it turns it to fat instead. What God gave us in abundance is usually very important for our basic needs. As in the natural, so in the spiritual. We need an abundance of the water of the Holy Spirit and the Water of the Word too!

The Holy Spirit is God, not a Force

We should not confuse the Holy Spirit with the way He might make us feel sometimes, or with the power that He has.

The Holy Spirit is God. We can deduce this from Acts 5:3-4, where it reads as follow:

Holy Spirit Manual in various languages

David Crissman from Roseville, CA has over the years done a great work for the Body of Christ. One thing was he actually took a page from this website about the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, and with my permission, he turned it into a manual for use in his church. I hear about 80 people in his church so far did the course and did receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. Praise God.

The Holy Spirit Empowers EVANGELISM, not excuses for disobedience

Jesus Christ shed his blood and suffered more than we can imagine to provide a gospel of salvation for people. After rising from the dead, He commanded his followers not only to LIVE THE GOSPEL, but ALSO to preach this gospel to all, and train others to do so. You cannot live the gospel without preaching it. Because Jesus told us to preach it. You need to use words.

Prayer Pastoring – Chapter 2 – Grace

This is the second chapter of our eBook
on Prayer Pastoring. The first chapter dealt with step one praying
for mercy. We often have judgements against us that halt our prayers
for ourselves therefore we need God’s mercy. Without mercy our
prayers are hindered. We often mistake opposition as coming from
spiritual warfare but many times it is coming from God himself and we
are reaping what we have sown. This opposition is the judgement of
God. Chapter one explains this process.
