If you are going to fast or make radical changes in diet you will need encouragement. Here are the testimonies of lives touched and changed. If you are preparing for a change, reading these will kindle your heart in to action. Please send in your testimonies. Like Jude, the brother of the Lord, I prefer to emphasize the positive truths of the Word of God, but the fact is that we are also told to CONTEND earnestly for the FAITH (Jude 3) WARN people and REBUKE ERROR (2 Timothy 3:16).
