Are You Lukewarm?

In a previous blog, I likened the kind of relationship God wants to have with each of us to that of a couple just starting their relationship. However, we so often become complacent as the relationship continues. Other things occupy our mind and time, and though we don’t care less for the other person, we do not give the relationship the time we once did. We take for granted our partner knows we care. Today’s divorce rate testifies to the grave error in this way of thinking. Even if you are at this point in your relationship and still surviving, don’t you miss that spark?

You Better Get This

“I Tell You The Truth” (68 times throughout the gospels) NLT

One of the things that young children need to learn is to avoid hazards. They do it by paying strict attention during concrete situations. One basic hazard a child better learn is to watch for cars in the street. I remember a time in my childhood when I learned this truth. I was carrying a garden rake across the road. It so happened that a car was coming from both directions and met me at the same time. Each car hit the shoulder of the road to avoid hitting me.

Hard Decisions

“Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.” Matthew 10:34 NIV

Everyone cheers athletes that excel in their particular game. But the officials that maintain integrity are seldom recognized. What’s more, they are not always popular with everyone. All it takes is a call that many feel is a bad one and they’re hung in effigy. Sports writers and coaches occasionally make their impressions known. One official summed up the situation by saying, “The minute the game is over, we rush to a waiting van and we leave.”

Facing A Giant In Our Lives

A champion named Goliath, who was from Gath, came out of the Philistine camp. His height was six cubits and a span. (About 9 feet 9 inches) 1 Samuel 17:4 NIV I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 1 Samuel 17:45b NIV As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him. Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell facedown on the ground. 1 Samuel 17:48-49 NIV

Do you find it difficult?

The gentleness of Gods most Beautiful Holy Spirit has been dancing in my heart today, For a very very long time I felt nothing but Grief. I never thought that my season of sorrows would end. But From the family of Gods followers here, I have recurved more comfort and more prayers than I had ever dreamed possible. Sometimes when I reserve Bible, I look to see what I could learn from it for my life today. Like when Jesus went with Peter and they told him that he needed to pay to go inside.

WHAT. I understand the bible to say on homosexuality

Firstly I am likely to offend some people on this site, however, during these times i find that children, parents and even some prophesied Christians to believe that there is no sin in it. This is what I understand the bible to say on this subject. In Genesis, God could not find a suitable mate for Adam, And so God caused Adam to go into a deep sleep and then took the woman out of the man Adam. He didn’t take another man out of Adam, He took all that was female out of Adam. So i would say that we are to find a mate or help meet of the opposite Sex! For we were designed that Way!

REJOICE &DO NOT TIRE OF DOING GOOD!American

I received. a letter from a dear sister in Christ Jesus. What she conveyed to me shocked me. The two of us have been in prayer for another believer and this dear friend had asked others to join us in prayer. Well she received an answer from one new believer! “Why should I, I don’t know them and they aren’t from Here! why should you pray for Them!” Later she sought another believer to see if she would also pray. the answer she received was, “I don’t think I have the Time!” I could not help but see the good American story all over again.

What was written under the right hand of God?

How to Identify the “Word Of God” and those who are of God.

Dominus illuminatio mea is the motto of the University of Oxford and the opening words of Psalm 27, meaning, “The Lord is my light”. The Word of God is “The Good Oil” [fuel] that keeps our Lamp lit.

Dearly Beloved of God and our Lord Jesus Christ or nay. Let they that hath an ear to hear, hear, read and understand the words that I render unto you this day.

The word “render” means to give and moreover to “Give Freely” (NO STRINGS ATTACHED or RECOMEPENCE [meaning remuneration/payment], for the Lord commanded us “of that which ye freely receive, freely give”).

Many say “Spare the rod, spoil the child”, I say, “Spare the Child and to hell with the rod”.

Form the very bowels of agony a child comes forth and is immediately greeted by the mother with absolute Love.

Such is God’s Love for us, whether we are a sinner or a Saint. No harm should come to us by the hand of another. For God places his mark on us as he did to Cane (claiming sole rights to any vengeance and retribution for any wrong doing) and later confirmed His exclusive right to judge any sinner when Jesus Christ said “let he who is without sin cast the first stone”.
