So i made a mistake

Okay, so today at School one of my friends in Homeroom, brought a Satanic Bible and i made the mistake of reading one or two lines. After i stopped i felt like my eyes were burning and that Satan was about to throw everything he had at me. So i prayed to God to forgive me. But i still feel bad for doing it. What should i do, because i don’t want to lose this fight with Satan. Please help me out with any way possible

I want to help you in two ways. Before I can, though, you need to realize something: Opening doors for evil spirits, especially willfully, is dangerous and can end in destruction. Satan truly does walk around as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

Now, first, let me change your perspective. First, who is greater? God or Satan? “greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4 Why and how is God greater?

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. ” 1 John 1:9 You may still feel bad, but bear in mind, your sins have been forgiven. God promised so. Is God a liar?

Let me just drive this home for you. Is there anyone that cannot repent from their sins if they choose to? If I murdered someone, would God love me any less? Would He not forgive me? How much more would He come running to you with a feast, and a fatted calf and all of His possessions, all the while declaring you His son?

“20Where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
21That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
1What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” Romans 5:20-6:2

Will, I love you. Watching you grow in Christ really encourages me and I know without a shadow of a doubt that you are His. Forever. I’m looking forward to seeing what God is going to do through, and indeed He does have something in store for you.

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil…and having done all, to stand. Stand.”
