Prayer Scriptures on Grace

Grace

God’s
grace is His power toward us. Grace is God’s power which lifts us
up out of sin and enables us to live the truth. Without grace, you
cannot live a holy life nor do God’s will. Without holiness we are
ineffective and will carry no weight. We are weak, but He is strong
and grace overcomes our weakness. As you meditate on these Scriptures
ask for God’s grace to do God’s will and be effective in His
kingdom. Thank Him for His grace. Whatever your need, there is a gift
of grace for it.

Hebrews
4:16

Let
us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may
obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need

Hebrews
12:28

Therefore,
since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us
have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence
and godly fear

Zech
12:10

And
I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of
Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and supplication

Romans
6:14

For
sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law,
but under grace. What then? Shall we sin because we are not under
law, but under grace? Certainly not! Do you not know that to whom
you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slave
whom you obey whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience
leading to righteousness?

Romans
6:19

so
now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness

Ephesians
2:8

for
by grace are you saved

Romans
12:6

Having
then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us

1
Peter 4:10,11

As
each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good
stewards of the manifold grace of God: Let him do it as with the
ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be
glorified through Jesus Christ

Romans
12:1

I
beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you
present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy acceptable to God,
which is your reasonable service

Mark
12:30

You
shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your
soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength

2
Corinthians 9:8-10

God
is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always
having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for
every good work

1
Corinthians 15:9,10

For
I (Paul) am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be
called an apostle for I persecuted the Church of God. But by the
grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in
vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but
the grace of God which was with me

2
Corinthians 12:9

My
grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in
weakness. Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my
infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore
I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in
persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am
weak, then I am strong
