Healthy young male except for a socially devastating condition from his youth called HYPERHIDROSIS.

Excessive sweating of hands and feet was so pronounced that the skin of these extremities was always sodden and peeling. His feet slipped about in constantly wet sandles and everything his hands touched became wet. Unable to hold a clerical position and was too ashamed to form any close friendships with people.

Medically impossible to treat except for the rather drastic measure of cutting the autonomic nerve supply to all four limbs.

The young man extended his hands to me for a prayer of agreement that Jesus would heal him.

"Do you remember me"? he asked one week later when he extended a perfectly dry and normal hand to me in bubbling victory. I shook the hand that had been touched by Calvary's healing grace.
