House Divided part3 of 3

I hope this is helping some of you. Satan used these three sins. The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the boastful pride of life to get Adam and Eve to become one with the world. And remember it separated them from God. 1 John 2:17: The world is passing away and it’s lust, but the one who does the will of God lives forever. Who lives forever? The one who does the will of God. That is who lives forever. The world is going to pass away. And if you are of the world, Guess what? You are passing away with it. 18: Children it’s the last hour. Now if two thousand years ago it was the last hour we have to be in the last seconds. But Paul said it is the last hour. And just as you heard the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrist have appeared. That was two thousand years ago. Is he talking about the world? Yes he is. For this we know that it’s the last hour. This is how we know it’s the last hour because it is everywhere. So it’s the last hour right now and probably the last seconds. 24: As for you let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you will abide. If what you heard abides in you. You know what you heard? You heard the word and if it abides in you that means you are doing it. And that means you abide in the Son and the Father. And then if you abide in the Son and the Father what happens? You get the Spirit. 25: This is the promise which he made to us, eternal life. 28: Now little children, abide in him, so that when he appears you may have confidence. So if you abide in Him you are in Him, and when He appears you are not going to shrink back. It says we will have confidence and not shrink back from Him in shame at His coming. 29: If you know that He is righteous then you know that everyone who practices righteousness is born of Him.

Turn to 1 John 2:3. 3: By this we know we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. That is how you know you have come to know Him. 4: The one who says I have come to know Him and does not keep His commandments is a liar. And the truth is not in him. In other words you do not know God if you do not keep His commandments. Because if you keep His commandments you love Him, and when you keep His commandments, He gives you a helper. And the Holy Spirit, the Son, and the Father come and abide with you. 5: Whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know we are in Him. There is your in Him scripture. That’s in Christ there. That is how you know you are in Him. Because you are keeping the word of God. When you keep the word of God that means you love God and the love of the Father comes in you. That is how you are in him. That is where there is no condemnation on you. 6: The one who says he abides in Him, ought to walk in the same manner as He walked.

You know when you read the Bible you have to think some. You do have to put your thinking cap on. When you study in school, do you have to think? You have to think when you are studying the word. It does not come without thinking. Really it doesn’t. Now revelation will come, but some of this does not come unless you think, and then God will reveal things to you. But if you do not think. Then a lot of the times you will not get the revelation.

Back to 1 John 14:18. 18: I will not leave you as orphans, I will come to you. Why does He just throw that in there? An orphan is someone that has not been adopted. When you are adopted you are not a orphan anymore are you? An orphan is someone without a father isn’t it? He said so obviously he was looking at these people or His disciples and telling them I am not going to leave you as an orphan. In other words they where kind of like a orphan. I won’t leave you like that. The reason I am saying that, because in Romans; Paul says God did not give you the spirit of fear but the spirit of adoption. So until the Spirit of God gets a hold of you and adopts you, then you are a orphan. And He just got through talking about the Holy Spirit coming and being the helper. I will not leave you as a orphan. 19: After a little while will no longer see me but you ill see me because I live; you will live also. 20: In that day, then you will know that I am in the Father and you in Me and I in you. 21: He who has my commandments and keeps them loves me, and he who loves me, will be loved by my Father and I will love Him and will disclose myself to him. And the way He discloses himself to us is through the Holy Spirit. The spirit of adoption that cries Abba Father. That is how we quit being orphans because we have that spirit of adoption.

All right now then. Lets go back to Numbers 13. I mentioned this a little earlier. Now lets go back and look at it now that we have looked at all of this. Now then here is something that you have to get in your spirit if you are going to do this warfare. Now then how can you go to war unless you know you have to consider yourself dead man? Don’t you? People who go to the war and sign up for war and go to Iraq or go to Afghanistan have to accept the idea they will or could lose their life. I mean really to go to war and fight. We where watching that Band of Brothers and one of the guys said that to another guy who was a coward and afraid to do anything. He said your problem is you do not consider yourself already dead. He said you have to accept you are already dead. Jesus said if you save your life you will lose it. If you lose your life you will gain it. The spirit of the world keeps saying save your life; you have to save your life. So you have got to get to this place, that you are going to lay it down. That is the hardest thing.

So now lets go back to Numbers 13:25. These are the spies that came out at the end after forty days. 25: When they returned from spying out the land at the end of forty days. 27: They told Joshua we went into the land where you sent us and it does flow with milk and honey and this is the fruit. 28: Nevertheless but the people who live in the land are strong. And the cities are fortified and are very large and we saw the descendants of Anak there. And so already they are double minded. Already the giants have put fear, and the enemy has caused them to be double minded in what God has told them to do. And they go through and describe all the people that live in the land and they brought out a real bad report. In verse 33 they said we saw the Nephilim which are part of the sons of Anak and we became like grasshoppers in our own sight and so we where in their own sight. So the report of ten men shut down the unity, caused division, and double mindedness. Now Numbers 14 in verse 2: All the sons of Israel grumbled against Moses and Aaron. And the whole congregation said to them would that we have died in the land of Egypt. Or would that they had died In the wilderness. Kind of like Joshua said, would that we would have stayed on the other side of the Jordan. 3: Why is the Lord bringing us to this land to fall by the sword, our wives and our little ones will become plunder. Would I be better for us to return to Egypt. 4: So they said lets appoint us a leader and return to Egypt. They looked back when the battle looked like it was going to cost them their life.

As soon as it looks like it is going to cost us something. We get double minded and start looking back. As soon as it looks like we are going to lose something that we hold dear to us. As soon as it looks like it is going to cost us something. The next thing we do is look back. And we decide to go back. Because we haven’t lost our life. They where not willing to go to war and lose their life. They would rather go back to Egypt and save their life and be in bondage to slavery the rest of their life. They where double minded.

Why would someone be double minded? 9: Joshua and Caleb say don’t rebel against the Lord. Don’t fear the people of the land for they will be our prey. Their protection has been removed from them and the Lord is with us. Do not fear them. The double mindedness always causes you to rebel. 10: Then the congregation said to them. Stone them with stones. And then the Glory of the Lord appeared in the tent. 11: And the Lord said. How long will this people spurn Me. How long will they not believe in Me. In spite of all the signs which I have performed in their midst. Division and double mindedness is caused by unbelief. It is caused because we do not believe God. We are not believers. Look! It says how long will they spurn Me and not believe in Me. They where double minded because they did not believe God. You see believe means continual. It is a ongoing and continual thing to believe God. Not just one time believe which is what the church likes to preach for salvation. All through your life you have to believe. That is a believer.

Look at verse 17. 17: I pray let the power of the Lord be great just as you have declared. 18: The Lord is slow to anger, abundant in loving kindness visiting iniquity and transgression, but He will by no means clear the guilty. Visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generation. Look at what God says in verse 22: Surely all the men have seen my glory, and my sign which I performed in Egypt and in the wilderness. Yet you have put me to test these ten times and have not listened to my voice. You know how many commandments where given? Ten! How many times did they put the Lord to test? Ten! They tested Him ten times. 23: He said by no means will they see the land which I swore to their fathers. There are people who will not get into faith over the plans and promises of God, who will never experience the promise land and will die in the wilderness. There are whole congregations that are going to be there.

27: How long will I bear with the adulteress congregation who are grumbling against Me. I have heard the complaints of the sons of Israel, which they are making against Me . Now when they said what they said. They where complaining against God. They where murmuring and complaining against God. 28: Say to them as I live just as you have spoken in my hearing so I will surely do to you. We better be careful what we say that God hears. He said just as you have spoken in my hearing, I am going to do it. So when you start grumbling and complaining. God hears that, and He might just do it to you. Just say those things and see what happens. God said that is what you said then that is what you are going to get. 29: Your corpses will fall in the wilderness. Even all your numbered men according to your complete number from twenty years old and upward who have grumbled against Me. He said okay. Everyone who grumbled against me. You are going to die in the wilderness. Now watch this. 30: Surely you shall not come into the land which I swore to you except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun. Grumbling and complaining against God is not oneness with God. When you grumble and complain against somebody, I guarantee you that you are not one with them. And it prevents us from entering into His rest. Grumbling and complaining is a sign of unbelief and double mindedness.

Watch this. 31: Your children however whom you said would become a prey. I will bring them in and they will know the land which you have rejected. 32: But as for you, your corpses will fall in the wilderness. 33: Your sons will be shepherds for forty years in the wilderness. They will suffer for your unfaithfulness until your corpses lie in the wilderness. In other words, The unfaithfulness of the Father’s caused them to die, but it caused their sons and daughters to suffer forty years and not get to go in until forty years later. So your unbelief or my unbelief can cause us to die in the wilderness, but it can keep our children from going in for years because of unbelief, murmuring, and complaining. In other words they suffered for the sins of their own fathers. They did not die but they prolonged the going in. And it is amazing how you can be in a place where people are wanting to go in and all of the sudden the people decide they do not want to go in. You know what you wind up doing? You wind up staying in the wilderness for ten or twenty years because of the sin. And you do not get to go in when you are ready. Caleb and Joshua where ready to go in weren’t they? They did not go in until forty years later. How many people here have been ready to go in, but you could not go in because a bunch of people you where with did not want to go in? And you wound up wandering. Do you know what I am saying? I have seen that happen. I wanted to go in a long time ago. It is like my goodness when am I ever going to get in there. But it is like the whole bunch had to go. You know what I am saying? The whole bunch had to go.

But those children had to spend another forty years out in the wilderness. They suffered for the unbelief of their fathers until they died off. In other words God had to kill off the unbelief. Because one person that won’t get in unity and believe God shut down the whole bunch. Achan did. It tried to spring back up again when they got in the promise land didn’t it? One man. He was one of the leftovers. And what did God do? He killed him right there. He said we are not going to have that stuff. So you see how serious it is? So God is ready to get you and me into the unity of the Spirit. Amen! Then we get the anointing of the Spirit because we are one with the Spirit, One with Jesus, One with the Father, and we are doing the works of Jesus. Then you are going to start seeing the promises.

Verse 34: According to the days which you spied out the land. Forty days, for every day you will bear your guilt for a year. Forty years you will know my opposition. He said for every day that you spied the land it will cost you a whole year in the wilderness. I tell you what, this makes me want to zip my mouth up. That is what Joshua told them. Shut your mouth for seven days! You are not going to shut us down. He knew what would happen if they started grumbling and complaining again. You know what would have happened? They would not have gone in. It was a very serious deal.

We have to get out of the wilderness mentality which is double mindedness and being under the Egyptian slavery system for so long. That is the problem. We have been in bondage for so long that we do not know how to walk in the freedom and liberty and believe God. They grew up in a slavery system with a slavery mentality. And we still have that slavery mentality going on today. Now we have become enslaved by our sins and demonic oppression that was never taken off of us when we came to Jesus from the very beginning. So we have lived our Christian lives knowing something was not right trying to make our flesh behave the best it can not knowing that their was demonic oppression tied to our fleshes cravings to misbehave. And Jesus came 2000 years ago to try and teach us how to break the demonic oppression off of us and follow in His footsteps, but the church has for the most part completely ignored this. So you stay in unbelief not understanding why the Bible does not work for you like it did for Jesus and His disciples 2000 years ago.

You have to kill the unbelief. That is where the unbelief and complaining dies. Just like God killed the unbelief with the people of God who did not want to go into the promise land because of their unbelief. Now the people that God killed off died off gradually over forty years. It took forty years to kill them. They did not die right away. You see a lot of people today do not die right away from the unbelief, grumbling, and complaining. They die gradually over a period of time. It happens the same way today. They did not all die at once did they? But the curse was on them and they eventually died.

Now then, as for the men who Moses sent to spy out the land, who returned and made the entire congregation grumble against Him by bringing a bad report concerning the land, even those men who brought out the very bad report. 37: They died by a plague before the Lord. God killed the ten leaders immediately, because of what they did to the congregation. He killed them right there on the spot. He did not make them wait forty years. He wiped them out. And then the other people died over a period of forty years. And in the book of Hebrews it says they did not enter because of unbelief. They never entered God’s rest because of unbelief. 38: But Joshua and Caleb, they remained alive.

Now go to verse 40: In the morning, however the people rose up early and they went to the ridge of the hill country saying. Here we are! We’ve indeed sinned. We will go up to the place where the Lord has promised. So now then the people decide to change their mind. We are going to go fight now. This is the deal. When God tells us to do something now! You better do it now! Because it may not be there later. The anointing for deliverance may not be available the next day. The anointing for moving on to where you are suppose to go may not be there when you want to do it. Because when they heard the judgment they said oh okay. We are going to go fight now. 41: And Moses said why are you transgressing the commandment of the Lord when you will not succeed? 42: Don’t go up, you will be struck down before your enemies for the Lord is not among you. 43: The Amalekites and the Canaanites will be there in front of you and you will fall by the sword in as much as you have turned from following the Lord. The Lord will not be with you. 44: But they went heedlessly up to the hill country. Neither the ark of the covenant, or the Lord or Moses left the camp. In other words they went on in their own strength and their own power without the presence of the Lord or Moses, or the leadership. 45: and then the Amalekites and the Canaanites who lived in that country came down and struck them and beat them down as far as Hormah.

You have to know when God is saying do something and then you have to go with it. If you wait until you are ready then you may miss God. Procrastination is disobedience. Doing it on your terms or when you want to is disobedience. We can not call the shots. And you see what happened? And it is like we still never learn.

Matthew 12:24: When the Pharisees heard this they said this man cast out demons only by Beelzebub, the ruler of demons. Okay this is interesting about the Pharisees. They knew about demons. They did not deny demons. And they knew about ruler demons. They knew there where demons and rulers of demons. And they said that His power came from the spirit of Satan. That is where they said Jesus power came from. Boy that is scary. They where calling Jesus satanic. 25: And Jesus said knowing their thoughts that any kingdom divided against itself is laid waste and a house divided against itself can not stand. 26: If Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand? This is our problem and the demons know how to divide us against ourselves.

The Devil will divide you against ourselves. I have dealt with people who wanted to commit suicide but they where afraid to die. They where double minded. You know what I am saying? Elijah, Jezebel was going to kill him so he ran for his life, then he said Lord just kill me. Figure that out! He wanted to die. And Jezebel would have helped him but he would not do it. If Satan cast out Satan he is divided against himself. 27: If I by Beelzebub cast out demons then who do your sons cast them out. For this reason they will be your judges. Why in the world is it that people who have never cast out a demon judge those who do? Tell me that! Why people who never cast out a demon are always judging those who do? Because that is what He is saying. If I by Beelzebub cast them out then who do your sons cast them out? He did not say who do you cast them out by. Because they did not cast anything out. He said who do your sons cast them out? For this reason they will be your judges. Jesus said the sons who cast out the demons will one day be the judge to those who judge those who cast them out. So one day if people have been judging you for casting out demons you may be judging those that judge you for casting them out.

28: If I cast out the demons by the Spirit of God. Now brother you better have the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come. The devil can keep the kingdom of God from coming to people if he can keep the church divided on the deliverance ministry. That one little thing is enough to keep the kingdom from coming and then you just wind up building a tower to heaven without the Spirit. If I cast them out by the Spirit of God then the kingdom of God is come. If you do not have the Spirit of God operating in you, then you will not be casting anything out. And if you do not cast anything out then the kingdom of God is not coming because the kingdom of the devil is going to be there. They do not coexist very well.

Now watch this! 29: How can anyone enter the strongman’s house and carry off is property? The demons build a house in people. They will build a house. The harlot builds a house, the wise man builds a house. The foolish man builds a house. The demons build a house. How can anyone enter the strongman’s house and carry off his property? Who is the strongman’s property? Okay guys let me tell you what happens. The strongman builds a house in a person. And he takes part of that person. He takes part of them in that house. He owns pieces of that person in that house. And he has access to that property. How can you enter the strongman’s house and carry off his property? You see this is what we need to do in deliverance. You go into the house where the strongman is and take his property away from him first. Which means we have to get back that mind, will, and emotions that the devil has stolen from that person.

Many times he will still the will. I have dealt with demons that have stolen the will of a person. That actually took their will because they gave it over to them and the demon had the will of that person. And it will put a roadblock in front of you with someone’s deliverance until you address the reason the will was turned over voluntarily to the demon and that demon kept it. Unless he first binds the strongman and then he plunders his house. You have to go and take that part of the person, which is the property, away from the strongman. He has built a house in the person and he controls that part of the person. And even sometimes their will that has been given over to Satan by the person. 30: He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters. 31: Therefore I say to you any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven, but the blasphemy of the spirit will not be forgiven. Whoever speaks a word against the son of man will be forgiven him, but if you speak against the Spirit it will not be forgiven. 33: Either make the tree good and the fruit good or the tree bad and the fruit bad. Good and bad fruit is double minded and it is a divided house. I have more to teach on that, but I am going to have to address that late because the Lord has focused my attention on addressing something else first.

I hope you got something out of this.
