Warnings

God said that in the last days there would be perilous times. God's Word is full of warnings, as well as promises. There are two sides to God. One is His great love for you, and the other is His severity. He warns you there will be consequences for certain kinds of things. Satan's deceptions try to convince you that God is lying on both counts. Its wiser to trust God.

Anglicans and Roman Catholics are planning for unity

Roman Catholic and Anglican theologians have been working on documents expressing issues they face in trying to work out how to bring their organsations into what they call "full communion". One such document, called "The Gift of Authority" basically emphasises that this unity will be under the Pope of Rome. I quote from the document below:

52. The Commission is of the view that we have deepened and extended our agreement on:

Tsunami Warnings for Australia

I have become aware of numerous warnings of an impending tsunami disaster to affect Australia, especially the East Coast.

I do not have the time to post all the details about this right now, or present the full case for this.

Benny Hinn says God Promises Unprecedented Prosperity for next 12 months

Benny Hinn has declared here in this email to supporters that the LORD God told him, "There will be a release of an anointing for the next 12 months that you have never seen before!" He writes:

"The response continues to be overwhelming as many of our partners and ministry friends lock into the promise of an unprecedented 12-month release of anointing and abundance and begin to see God move actively in their lives!" read more »

The Jews Resisted Moses, and Later the Messiah, Jesus (Yeshua)

At the time of the early church, the Jews had by and large become really focussed on their temple and their system of worship with animal sacrifices. Many of them disregarded Jesus who was sent as their Messiah. God got so fed up with the whole thing that He arranged for the Romans to come over in 70 A.D and utterly destroy the Temple. It has never been rebuilt. I call that a strong message from the Lord of Heaven and Earth to the people of Israel about what God does and does not accept by way of religion.

The Afghanistan Problem - A Christian Perspective

Afghanistan has been in the news a lot for the last 10 years. Since the attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11, this has especially been true, because the leaders of the United States decided that attacking and occupying Afghanistan was the appropriate response to the events of that day.

Anointed People do not have a free pass to SIN

An interesting article has just come out from Lee Grady called "Say Goodbye to the Untouchable Preachers". This article is basically an appeal for "charismatic" Christians, or those believing in the present day operation of the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit, to WAKE UP concerning certain high profile ministers who apart from whatever legitimate gifts they have also been doing the wrong thing. read more »

Satan's desire is to lead the whole world astray!

Satan's desire is to lead the whole world astray!
Don't let Satan lead you but be led by Spirit of God
(Romans 8:14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.)

You must be sensitive to the power of the Holy Spirit. Learn to listen to the wooing and the correction of the Holy Spirit. You will learn to recognize His soft voice so He can speak to you daily directing you on the pathway of righteousness. We must listen to Holy Spirit or we will fall prey to the misleading voice of satan. read more »

Oil Spill Disaster - a Judgement from God?

From my safe perch in Brisbane, Australia I have been following the developments on the Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Its very sad to see what is happening. It would appear that BP is a company which has a track record of cutting corners in order to maximise short term profit, and this seems to be what has happened in this case. As a result, the Gulf of Mexico has been all but destroyed by vast plumes of crude oil, methane gas, hydrogen sulphide and other toxic chemicals bubbling to the surface. read more »
