Video Bible study on 1 John 1 - Sin and the Christian

This is part of a series of video Bible studies on 1 John 1, which deals with the relationship between sin and the Christian.

1Jn 1:5  This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
1Jn 1:6  If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
1Jn 1:7  But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
1Jn 1:8  If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
1Jn 1:9  If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1Jn 1:10  If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.

What did John mean by these things? Please take a listen to the video.

Bible Study 1 John 1:5-10

I really enjoyed the video.

I love hearing the Word of God, especially when it is in line with the scripture.

I am new to the site and have been tremendously blessed by some of the studies I have read..Prayer and Fasting...Prayer - Intimacy with God..and one article on the Spiritual Crowns..and now this one today on Sin and the Christian. I am looking forward to many more.

Thank you Micheal and God bless you and this ministry

Nancy Pacheco

Thanks

I'm really enjoying these video teachings and they are a blessing!

Thanks

Daniel

Good job...

Can't wait to hear more...I like the video/audio teachings. Don't get me wrong I love a good article also but there is something about "hearing" the word.

Right now I don't have a local church family so these online messages are truly a blessing. If it wasn't for the brothers and sisters I've met online and mostly on this site, I'd hate to think what state I would be in.

Keep up the good work!
