I know that many of our brother's and sister's in other countries suffer at the hands of Muslim's. I pray every day for my brother's and sister's that are presently lost serving false gods will come into truth and life in Jesus.

My oldest daughter, 33, lives with us with our 5 year old grandaughter. Although she was raised in church, she has not given her heart to Jesus and is quite opposed to Christianity. Of course, we are praying for her and hoping that our lives in front of her will speak loudy.

You have probably heard about all the ta do over the mosque that is intended to be build near ground zero. My daughter defends, whole heartedly this project. And gets angry when people object.

My question is are there Muslims who do not hate Christians? Or is this a constant in their faith? Should we trust muslims in the USA? Or are they trying to subtley make us comfortable with them to further try to destroy us?

Thanks in advance,

About muslims and their attitudes

There are actually many kinds of muslims in pratice, Katie - just as there are many kinds of Christians in practice.

A lot of people with the tag of "muslim" are just normal regular people who want to get on with their life, raise a family, build a business, have a career or whatever. A lot of them are very hospitable and friendly people!

Then you get the muslims who take the agenda of islam VERY seriously. I can tell you without fear of contradiction that the agenda of islam is to take over the world, by violence if necessary. But in many cases violence is not necessary for the muslim agenda to succeed. Basically, if each muslim family can have its average of 8 children - as I hear they do in Europe, and a certain portion of muslim men charm a Christian girl and take her as a subservient wife every generation, islam will take over by sheer force of numbers. Western Europe will fall to islam by this very strategy within 30 years barring some very unforeseen events.

Islam of course is based on a lie. It is based on the writings of a man who initially thought he was possessed by a djinn (read demon). He had all the classic signs of what we call demon possession, what New Agers and mediums might call "channelling". It should therefore be no surprise that his doctrine denies all the important elements of the Christian faith. For example, muslims deny that Jesus was actually crucified. They say it was only someone who looked like him. The list goes on.

Any muslim who takes his religious agenda seriously HATES true Christians because Christians follow a different Spirit and a different LORD. "Allah" was initially just one of the gods in the Arabic pantheon, but Mohammed said he was the "One True God".  Muslims serve a different God, with a different character. The spirit in them HATES the true God and His followers. They also hate the Jews whereas the God of the Bible, Yahweh, loved the Jews and the people of Israel as His special people.

You only have to look at what muslims do to Christian believers when they have power to see what the spirit of islam is really all about. They do what the Qu'ran tells them to do, and more. When muslims do not have the numbers to demand the changes they want to society, they preach "peace" and "tolerance". Once they have the numbers they need through breeding or whatever, "watch out!"  In Islam, it is also acceptable to lie to "unbelievers" in order to gain a strategic advantage. That's not a surprise, since the Qu'ran teaches that Allah is "the best of deceivers" who "leads people astray". Delightful.

I know personally one particular man who was a muslim and is now a Christian preacher. He told me that when he became a muslim even though he was brought up in the United States he became filled with hatred for the United States.

Only divine love can make a difference for muslims, and it does. It is not muslims who we should hate, but their poisonous DOCTRINE. We should love people and try to help them know the Savior before it is too late and they perish forever. One barrier we face is that islam teaches its followers NEVER to take Christians as their friends. That alone should tell you something.

the ordinary muslims...

You said, "There are actually many kinds of muslims in pratice, Katie - just as there are many kinds of Christians in practice.

Does this apply to them?...
"When muslims do not have the numbers to demand the changes they want to society, they preach "peace" and "tolerance". Once they have the numbers they need through breeding or whatever, "watch out!"

Do you believe that the Muslims living in USA as peacefull neighbors, coworkers, etc. are all being influenced to eventually want to see our destruction? To eventually hate Americans and Christians ?

My daughter believes that most American muslims are peaceful . Not wanting to hurt us. I am concerned that there are many that want to woo us into believing we are safe with them here to make it easier to hurt us. They may believe themselves that they are peacable. But look at the spirit they serve !

They might be influenced that way

There are going to be nominal muslims who will not want to be violent, and there are going to be nominal muslims who under certain conditions, if they choose to listen to certain imams, CAN be radicalized and become warlike.

Its a bit like us as Christians. Its possible that Christians might be influenced to become serious prayer warriors, seekers of revival, flaming soul-winners and so on. The Bible says to do these things, but that doesn't mean most Christians will follow that path. It depends on what we give our attention to.

thanks

Thanks Michael. I appreciate your input. No matter how you look at it , it's just disturbing. Motivates me all the more to pray for them.
God bless you
