Ugly Self

Have you realised the negative influence our SELF can have in building others up?We always tend to find an excuse not to love someone as Jesus would ,"but she lied to me" "but he's too arrogant" "but he gets on my nerves" "but what if i get offended, hurt?". Love is unconditional, just as God has accepted us as we are , we too are to accept and love others unconditionally , without prerequisites . Whoever isn't in light is in darkness , in darkness one can't see, can't walk properly , one stumbles, so it takes light to bring clarity to the situation .Jesus entrusted us with that light when He ressurected and ,is there anything more fulfilling and meaningful in this life than bringing hope back to someone's life, to bear that light ?I don't think so.....
There are many people out there needing you more than you can imagine you can help them and you might already be equipped to help but more often than not ugly self is getting in the way and making you innefective , blurring your vision to their REAL needs.So, the world will keep telling you other's aren't worth your valuable "feelings" and time but remember it's not about YOU , it's not about your ugly and nagging self and it's desires, it's about the transforming power of love that makes life meaningful gives you a correct vision of your SELF.:-)
