The Judgments of God

Every violation of God's wisdom will set into motion a chain of consequences that will bring pain, hurt and loss. God warns all people repeatedly throughout the Scripture of the consequences of violating his laws.

This section of the site should help you to identify what some of the curses are that come when you disobey God either through ignorance or wilful transgression.

The terrible consequences of disobedience can be mitigated for those who repent of their sins and turn in faith to God, who made a way of escape.

But the vast majority of humanity is remaining indifferent to both God's warnings and God's promises. This is tragic. This site seeks to be a channel for God's voice to come to people, to help them wake up. But in the end, YOU alone are responsible for your decisions, whether you walk in faith, love and the fear of the Lord, or not.

"I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; THEREFORE CHOOSE LIFE, that both you and your descendants may live." (Deuteronomy 30:19)

For God's sake, choose life.

Why You Are in Deep Trouble without Jesus Christ

Its not a popular message, but its important for you to know that you were born into a rebellious and corrupt race - the human race.

At one time we were not that way, but Adam our Father chose disobedience to God, and sadly that affected us as well. We were born into a world marred by sin. From the word go, demonic powers had access to us to trip us up.

You may think you are not so bad, but its probably because you are comparing yourself to others you believe are worse than yourself.

What counts though is the way God sees it. read more »

Lutherans Endorse Homosexuality - God sends Tornado

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20)

In the days of Jesus' earthly ministry, he turned over the tables of the religious practitioners of his day. Look at this video and consider how God sent a tornado to overturn the tables of the modern day "den of thieves" which is the hierarchy of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, when they voted to endorse homosexuality as a lifestyle. Anyone who follows these spiritual leaders has become an apostate also. "A bishop must be blameless, the husband of one WIFE". The Spirit of God would never lead anyone to be loyal to people who in the name of compassion and inclusion do violence to God's Holy Word, and so bring themselves under the curse of God. read more »

Obama's Youth Brigades - Church Involvement Forbidden

Is this the change you really voted for? President Obama has only been in office for two months. Now we have HR 1388. The Bill was sponsored by Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) with 37 others. The Bill was introduced to the floor of the House of Representatives where both Republicans and Democrats voted 321-105 in favor. Next it goes to the Senate for a vote and then on to President Obama.

This bill’s title is called “Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education” (GIVE). It forms what some are calling “Obama’s Youth Brigade.” Obama’s plan is require anyone receiving school loans and others to serve at least three months as part of the brigade. His goal is one million youth! This has serious Nazi Germany overtones to it. read more »

What kind of leader are you?

What kind of a leader are you? If you were under a leader that led as you do, how would you feel about that? I can’t count the amount of couples that I counseled down through the years that could have had a great marriage if the man would have just treated his wife the way he would want to be treated. Isn’t that what Eph. 5: 28-29 tells us?
I am continually amazed at this thing called marriage. I am amazed at how, after 23 years it can still be wonderful each and every day. I am amazed that it never gets old. Mostly I am amazed that she still wants to come home to me!!!
Sadly, I am also amazed at how few people ever realize the wonder of what they have right there in their hands. I was a pastor or 14 years before becoming a cop (the people are a lot nicer! Kidding! Don’t scowl at me like that) and I dealt with an innumerable amount of people who fought, scratched, clawed and were determined to go out and find exactly what they had right in their own home! What more can a man ask than a wife and children? Notice I didn’t say a good wife a well behaved children, those things don’t come by accident. More often than not, they come from the leadership of the man.
There is no lack for women that no sane man would want to be married to. Just look around your church and try to imagine being cooped up with some of those women for awhile and you begin to realize why her husband’s hair looks like its been pulled out by the roots. You can wonder if he did the pulling or if she did. What I have come to realize though is that most of the fault rests, not on her shoulders but on ours as the men of the house
I think too often in a community we try to focus on making a woman a better wife, and rightfully so but we sometimes forget to demand good leadership from the husband! My definition of leadership is not how to give orders, lay down demands, make rules, demand respect, etc., but rather it’s simply making decisions, not for our own good or to fulfill our desires but for and only for the welfare of those under our authority.
You expect respect from your wife, not to make you feel in control or to make a statement but because your wife needs to respect you in order for her to feel fulfilled and complete. God made her a helper and by being what God made her is the only way she will ever really feel completely whole. Insisting on making the decisions on where your going to eat, what shows your going to watch, where your going to sit at church, etc. doesn’t show you as a leader. They show insecurity. Let her be the keeper at home! Let her sit where she wants to sit, go where she wants to go, watch what she wants to watch. As a good leader, you will only correct when necessary.
For example; some men require the wife to get permission whenever she leaves the house or demands that she tell him every move she makes and everyone she talks to. That’s an insecure man and that insecurity breeds insecurity in her. A leader will let her be free. If she wants to go shopping and it’s in the budget she should feel free to go shopping. If she feels like going to her friend’s house, that’s up to her I think a wise man will have a curfew for his wife. He does so for her own good and safety.
Gen 3:16)
He said to the woman, I will greatly increase your sorrow and your conception; you shall bear sons in sorrow, and your desire shall be toward your husband; and he shall rule over you. Desire. Such a word. In Hebrew, the word teshukah means to run after, desire, longing, craving. These are powerful words. Yet, we find that they are equaled by another strong word, rule. The word kabash is the Hebrew word used in Gen 1:28 when God commanded us to subdue the earth. That word means to conquer or subjugate. It is easy to see the difference now. rule, it is a word of responsibility. How you might ask? Good question. If one is a ruler, as in to govern, there are people whose lives depend on that person. If you are a ruler, you must make sure that the economy is good so that your people can earn food. You must make sure that they are protected and safe in their land so that they don’t live in fear. You must take care to implement good and well founded rules that provide for a better life for all parties concerned. There is a tremendous weight of accountability and liability that sits on the shoulders of a ruler. Defenition for RULE: principle governing conduct: an authoritative principle set forth to guide behavior or action
usual condition: a prevailing condition or quality governing power: a governing or reigning power period of governing: a period during which a person or group reigns or governs religious principles: a body of principles governing a religious order or group. At times we may not like the decisions that are made, but they are made and the rulers over us must answer for those decisions made. To coin an old marketing phrase, he answers to a high authority, God. As a ruler, the man must understand BOTH sides of the coin; the one subject to him and the One that he is subject to. That is a point of accountability both up and down the chain of command. Now, when we look at this verse,(Gen 3:16) there aren’t many women out there, I would guess, that would
desire, crave, or long to be conquered. They are looking for the one thing that God promised them back in this chapter (Gen 3). They want a man who understands responsibility , one who knows the love that she holds towards him. And the man, he wants his beloved to understand the weight that is on his shoulders, not that she should support that same weight, In (Gen 3:17) He said to the man, Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten of the tree about which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat from it, the ground shall be cursed because of you; you shall eat of it in sorrow all the days of your life.
As soon as I read this verse, I understood what went wrong here. As my study of Scripture increases,
In this one, a great lesson is learned. Of course, there will be those that say, “If only Eve hadn’t…” Blah, blah, blah. We all know by now that Adam, the man of the house, was right there the whole time. But that isn’t the real truth behind the story. As one reads this story, we can see that Adam was there, and the serpent did trick Eve, and she gave it
to her husband. The real truth of this story is found in the beginning of this simple verse…”Because you have listened to the voice of your wife…”When God told Adam that listening to her was wrong, there are a few things that we must understand
first. God wasn’t saying that a man listening to his wife is wrong. That isn’t the point. Every man should respectfully listen to his wife. It is our duty and brings honor to her. The real truth here is that Adam listened to the voice of his wife…ABOVE the voice of God. That is the real issue here. The man, that Head of the House with the weight of accountability on his shoulders. As well, he should instill them into his family. As he was there during the conversation, Adam had a duty to tell Eve not to listen to the serpent. He had a duty to order her to put the fruit down. He had every right to
take it from her hand and crush it under his heel. But he didn’t. He did nothing to prevent it from occurring. He failed to listen to the voice of God above all else. We must heed the word of the Lord above all other voices of family, of friends, and of the
world. May the voice of the Lord be the voice that we follow, all the days of our lives.
In 1 Timothy 2 :11 A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. 15 But women will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety. Hebrews 13:17Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you. In saying this we as husbands and fathers give an account to the Lord for our household. Scripture it says:
"See, I lay a stone in Zion,
a chosen and precious cornerstone,
and the one who trusts in him
will never be put to shame. 7Now to you who believe, this stone is precious. But to those who do not believe,
"The stone the builders rejected
has become the capstone,8and,
"A stone that causes men to stumble
and a rock that makes them fall. They stumble because they disobey the message—which is also what they were destined for.
