King David wrote "seven times a day I will praise you". We can confess what we will do in regards to thanking God, praising and worshiping Him. Also some Scriptural prayers along these lines are included.

God is the LORD who heals me.Ex. 15:26
The LORD is my ROCK. Ps. 18:2
The LORD is my LIGHT. Ps. 27:1
GREATER is He that is in me than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4
Jesus Christ is my SAVIOUR! Tit. 2:13
The LORD is our RIGHTEOUSNESS. Jer. 23:6
