Someone asked, "Will the heathen who have never heard the Gospel be saved?" It is more a question with me whether we -- who have the Gospel and fail to give it to those who have not -- can be saved. -- Charles Spurgeon

Why You Are in Deep Trouble without Jesus Christ

Its not a popular message, but its important for you to know that you were born into a rebellious and corrupt race - the human race.

At one time we were not that way, but Adam our Father chose disobedience to God, and sadly that affected us as well. We were born into a world marred by sin. From the word go, demonic powers had access to us to trip us up.

You may think you are not so bad, but its probably because you are comparing yourself to others you believe are worse than yourself.

What counts though is the way God sees it. read more »

Jesus said in John 4:35: "Do you not say, Four months more and then the harvest? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! they are ripe for harvest."

I did some research to see what did this saying mean in the Jewish culture and found the following. After they planted the seed, there was four months between the sowing time and harvest time. read more »

The apostle Paul in Romans 10:13-15 under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit writes:

For "WHOEVER CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED."

How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?

And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO PREACH THE GOSPEL OF PEACE, WHO BRING GLAD TIDINGS OF GOOD THINGS!"  read more »
