Lake of Fire Dream and Christians perishing

Jesus stood at a distance on the crest of what looked like a volcano. His piercing eyes stared me down. I saw agony in his face as spoke to me “Come up here”.
Immediately I was standing next to him. I could see the entire volcano from here. A stream of people at least half a mile wide and as long as the eye could see walked along path leading into the destructive volcano. Angels with pitchforks lined both sides of the endless stream of people. The apostle Paul in Romans 10:13-15 under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit writes:

For "WHOEVER CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED."

How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?
