Knowing God

Knowing God is an amazing thing. I'd like to help you to know Him.

If God has touched your heart through this site and you would like to get serious with God, it could be the beginning of something wonderful. I urge to consider deeply the fact that there is a God. He has revealed Himself in so many ways. His Holy Spirit calls you today. God is awesome, holy, and powerful - yet He loves you deeply. The stories on this site are part of a witness to you that God is real. If you are not really convinced, I urge you to read more from this site first, and maybe even write and ask questions. read more »

The Best Goal for a Christian - is it YOUR goal?

If you read motivational books, no doubt you have heard of the importance of setting goals. Without setting goals we tend to drift and we don't achieve great results. Without strong goals all we tend to do is "get by".

Some motivational books encourage us to choose any goal we like. Could be a large house in a good neighborhood paid off, or a certain kind of car, or holiday. It might be a career achievement. The books then go on to give you some principles through which you can achieve your stated goals. read more »

The Big Lies of Satan

The biggest and most fundamental lie that Satan and his demons promote - both to believers and non-believers alike is this: that there is something more important right now than seeking relationship, intimacy and communion with God through Jesus Christ and the fulness of the Holy Spirit. We could call this lie the lie to promote distraction from relationship with God. If someone persists in an undistracted relationship with God for more than a few days Satan's losses already will be immense. read more »

Weapons of Our Warfare

"For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought
into captivity to the obedience of Christ". (2 Corinthians 10:4,5)

The apostle Paul here states that we are engaged in a warfare, and that we have weapons with which we must fight. As Paul states in Ephesians 6:12, our fight is not with flesh and blood, with people, but with the host of demons that work to defile, destroy, harrass, tempt and enslave mankind. read more »

Strategic Intercession

All of us are called to pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). We are called to pray always and not lose heart (Luke 18:1). Yet God is ALSO interested in the quality and effectiveness of our prayer lives.

Jesus taught us to pray, "Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." The most effective prayers then are those that bring a manifestation of God's will as revealed in the Scriptures to the situations on earth.

God wants none to perish and be lost. read more »

Basic Witnessing

INTRODUCTION

These days, its not hard to find plenty of things to do. Even as Christians, we may find ourselves under constant pressure to do so many things. Bills to pay, business to do and family commitments all take time. The worries of life may be crowding into our minds.

Meanwhile, the emphasis of the church is normally upon attending more meetings. Church services, prayer meetings, conventions, choir practice, youth nights, board meetings - the list goes on and on. read more »

Keys to Moving in the Supernatural of God

We are the Body of Christ

Our God is a living God, and He longs to get involved in people's lives. For some reason, God has chosen to use us, His people, to be the agents through whom He will reach out and touch the world. Everything was provided for us all to come back to God, overcome satanic oppression and enjoy God's favor - be it in forgiveness, healing, provision or relationships. But in the delivery of this blessing God is wanting us to have a role. In fact, we are the Body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:27) through whom God wants to reveal Himself. read more »
