We have now had our first online church meeting, and we are expanding the program to three meetings a week at this stage. We have set up our own videoconferencing platform. Can an Online Church be an Authentic Church?

The Greek word for church is 'ekklesia'. In today's English what this means is a "gathering", an "assembly" or a "town-hall meeting" if citizens. If it is an 'ekklesia' of God or Christ that means it  is a gathering of people who belong to Jesus Christ. Paul said to the Christians at Corinth, "You are not your own, you are bought with a price". (1 Cor. 6:20). So when people who truly belong to Christ gather together, it is is the church. read more »

Viral Prayer Network

 

Back in July 2009, the LORD God has put it on my heart to invite people on www.christian-faith.com to participate in a “viral prayer network”. The vision was to get small groups of 3-4 people to PRAY together online for themselves and their ministries and various prayer causes. Everyone will be encouraged to participate in TWO such groups three times a week each for a minimum of 15 minutes each.
