I am a Christian who is thinking of buying a house where I belive the current owners are in the occult

I hope I can get some good, biblical sound advice. My husband and I have been looking for a house for several months and finally found a house that we like. However, we have become aware that the current owners may be involved in occult activities. I'm not too familiar about these things, I did notice the following around the house: several gargoyles, lots of framed pictures of black cats, lots of abstract dark (smeared red and black) art, lots of books on popular vampire, witchcraft, tarot card subjects. Demon Activities

1. They tempt people to sin, by putting various kinds of
imaginations in the minds of men and women and speaking words of deceit (Genesis 3:1-6). Satan even tempted Jesus, and Jesus revealed to us the way to overcome temptation by using the Word of God (see Matthew 4:1-10).

2. They deceive (2 Corinthians 11:14). They especially lie about God, blaming all the evil on God. Many religious leaders are deceived by Satan. As long as we remain deceived on some important point, Satan's demons have something they can work with. They can return to it, like rats return to rubbish.

Put the turban on him and tie on it the sacred sign of dedication engraved 'Dedicated to the LORD'. 7/ Then take the anointing oil, pour it on his head, and anoint him.

We do not live under the Law of Moses any more, yet while praying for somebody who was under heavy demonic oppression God told me to, 'anoint her with oil and dedicate her and consecrate her to God and declare her holy.'
