Some thoughts on The Love of Money

The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil IN THE CHURCH. Not only outside the church.

Money is the accepted means of exchange for "might" and "power". People will go to work for you in exchange for money, they will sell their "might" and "power" to you for money. But God says, "It is NOT by might, NOT by power - but BY MY SPIRIT says the Lord". The love of money is what has been pushing the Holy Spirit and His gifts out of the pentecostal churches.

Encountered by a Miracle of Jesus' love

My name is Vachiravan Vanlaeiad. I was born in Bangkok, Thailand. My grandmother was Thai and my grandfather Chinese. Born Again

One summer day, when I was a child, I went to stay with my my cousin, who lived in a village in Manitoba (Canada), and she took me to her church. For the first time in my life I went to Sunday School and heard about Jesus and His love for me and that I had to make a choice to accept him in order to be a child of God. read more »

Listening to the Voice of God

As I sat in a prayer room before the Blessed Sacrament, the Lord said to me “Being formed in the Lord Jesus Christ is greater than being formed by the promises of the world”.

The promises of the world of ambition, wealth and fame are empty and will never substitute the promises of God which are eternal. In God we will never fall short of his yardstick which is measure based on our simple faithfulness to prayer, being still before Him, the reading of His Word and abiding by the sacraments of the church. read more »

He's ALWAYS Right on Time!

I'm living proof that God really does answer prayer, anyone who's known me for any length of time can attest to that. I don't want to give the impression that I'm some superficial, shiny, happy, perfect Christian, I'm not. I live by grace. I'm a far cry from perfect and don't ever want anyone to get the idea that I'm trying to portray myself as such. I'm a real, living, crying, laughing, loving, hurting, breathing, extremely grateful, forgiven Christian. read more »

Thank you Lord for saving me from jail, pornography, fear, doubt, streess.

I would like to take this opportunity to let people know that I have witnessed & experienced the truly divine intervention from my savior in our Lord Christ Jesus. From things I fought so hard to control but was only able to overcome threw the Glory of God.

By reading on you will see how I overcame a destructive obsession, saved my family, avoided jail, and more. I am 31, married, was raised with a great religious upbringing and family etc.

Is my fiancee right for me?

Hi. I am a Christian. My fiancee is a believer in God. I have prayed for this answer, but i am just needing some help. I have been seeing my fiancee for 9years. I love him very much. We have been engaged 4years now, with hardly any chance of getting married, he wants to move intogether 1st. I am 25 and know i have to make my dissision now for i cannot wait forever. I dont want to force marriage and for him to have regrets or worse. And to talk about marriage to him is out of the question. read more »

Defeating the enemy by knowing his weaknesses

I just want to share something I heard from a preacher which I believe is true and cannot forget.

Before a nation attack an enemy nation, she sends spies to know the weakness of the enemy and take advantage of it.

One way to attack the works of evil is by attacking where they are weak. What are the weakness of satan and his demons - our adversary (Eph 6:12). Their weaknesses are:

1. They have NO LOVE (HATRED)
2. They have NO HUMILITY (PRIDE)
3. They have NO HONESTY (LIARS)

How to be victorious over them?

1. By LOVING ALL THE TIME
