The Grace of God

This study seeks to present a Biblical teaching of how we can keep on receiving God's grace, life and power in our lives, so that we can be what we ought to be as Christians, both in the church and in the world. We will examine the subject of what God's grace is, and how it can be received and applied in our lives. This will help us to avoid the cycle of failure, resolutions, repeated failure, frustration and condemnation which is a common problem amongst those wishing to please God.

Confessions for Deliverance from Demons

I submit to God. I resist the devil, and he will flee from me. (James 4:7)

I have the faith of God and I expel demons. (Mark 11:22; Mark 16:17)

Jesus has given me authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. (Luke 10:19)

The spirits are subject to me. (Luke 10:20)

I heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers and cast out demons. Freely I have received, I freely give. read more »

Repentance from Dead Works

Introduction

In previous lessons, we have seen the wonderful provision that God has made for us through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We have seen that this work of God for us was designed to reverse all the effects of man's rebellion against God. All the bad things that we deserve were put on Jesus at the cross, while all the blessings of the Kingdom that belong to Jesus we share in through the cross and the resurrection.  read more »

Kings AND Priests

One of the fundamental revelations of the Reformation was 'the priesthood of all believers' but I believe the Reformers themselves had a very limited idea of what this means. read more »

Self Denial Confessions

I desire to come after Jesus, and therefore I must deny myself, and take up my cross and follow Jesus. (Matthew 16:24)

I do not desire to save my own self-life.

I lose my soul-life for Jesus and will find it. (Matthew 16:25)

I am not ashamed of Jesus nor His Words. (Mark 8:38)

Jesus says, "Let Michael deny himself. [insert your name here]" (Luke 9:23)

I must take up my cross DAILY. (Luke 9:23)

I offer my body a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God. This is my reasonable service. read more »
