Did you come equipt with a greivence book attatched? I was wondering how many people think that they have one. I don't know where they put it, is it under their arm, or under the hair on their head, or maybe on the Souls of their feet. I have Never seen one on any one, yet if you look real hard, you may find that you have one in your heart. I always thought that people would look pretty odd running around with a book attatched to them with a name of everyone they have met on it and if for every offense they would put ;next to each name; a chicken scratch of a 1 per each offense. read more »

Are the Spiritual Gifts in the Bible Still for Today?

I contend that there is NOTHING in the New Testament that says or even implies that God will withdraw the supernatural spiritual gifts from the church. Neither did the Holy Spirit promise to stop communicating with people as He did in Bible days.

I intend to show from the Sciptures that tongues, prophecy and words of knowledge will continue until Jesus comes back and we see Him face to face. (1 Corinthians 13:8-12). read more »

Rejoice & do not tire of doing Good

Today I received a letter from a Dear sister in Christ Jesus. It Shocked me. She & I have bEen eager to pray for another Dear one in our Lord. She spoke of asking more to pray for our dear one and one gave her an answer of why should I, I don't know them and they aren't from here why should you pray for them. Then another one had their own problems and didn't have the time. I had to Wonder if this was not the Good samaritan story on-line all over again. I know as believers we are to lift eachother up and to carry eachothers burdens. To rejoice with eachother and to mourn with eachother. read more »
