Hi everyone. I'm Rodger Tutt in Toronto, Canada. Every day or so I would like to post a snippet from a different hard copy book in my Universal Reconciliation library. I hope you enjoy them.

#1 - A SNIPPET FROM REDEMPTION ALL IN ALL - RAY PRINZING (my earthly hero and mentor)

“Aionian punishment means of the age, or age during. It is a period of time designated by God for the bringing to naught that which is wrong. God will mete out exactly the amount of time necessary for correction, but it will not be prolonged beyond that which is needed. All of God’s punishments are corrective in nature, motivated by His love, and used to work into our good and His praise.”

Sorry I will not allow Universalism on this forum

I don't have the time right now to debate this issue. It is quite an unpleasant thing I know. But to promote universalism is unnecessary if it is true, and ultra destructive if it is false.

If eternal in the Bible doesn't mean everlasting, then the eternal life of the righteous is only a temporary thing also.

I am not going to allow this discussion, Roger, you will have to find another forum to post your views.

Hi Roger

When it is said:
"God will mete out exactly the amount of time necessary for correction, but it will not be prolonged beyond that which is needed."

Does this mean, God actually sets down, a determined time when an event of correction will cease.

Ezample:
Rom 11:25
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Has God determined the exact day and hour of this event coming to fruition?
Because the blindness spoken of, was brought about by Israel's rejection of their Messiah.
And their coming back is, when this event is completed.

But what if God has only said, in the process of time, the event of the Gentiles coming full will happen.
But the actual fulfilling of that determination by God is, to let the Gentiles come full through the process of time itself, otherwise God will have determined which Gentiles will get saved.
Wouldn't that then constitute the Predestination Calvin spoke of?

I appears as though there is one thing, that has not been placed into the equation, in order to come to a correct conclusion.

2Pe 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is (LONGSUFFERING) to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

If the time of the Gentiles coming full has been predetermined by God, then He has also Predetermined those that would NOT come in.

Be Blessed
JIM

#2 – A SNIPPET FROM ALL IN ALL – A.E. KNOCH

“The terms translated ‘forever’ and ‘everlasting’ and ‘never’ are human perversions which could never have deceived us if they had been consistently rendered. They denote definite divisions of time called ages or eons. All together they form a distinct portion of time called eonian times. Destruction, like salvation, is eonian. It is not the end or aim of God. God destroys nothing that He will not restore. He loses nothing that will not return to Him laden with praise and glory for Himself. Destruction is a passing process, not a finished goal. Through God it will work out the welfare of all of His creatures and the glory of our Savior."

(Editor’s note: Scriptures that seem to disagree with this conclusion are addressed in his book)

Snippet From Me

What is universalism??? The error, the deception, the lie from the devil that in the end everyone will be saved so why call upon the Lord to be saved??..No need for Jesus & His Blood sacrifice... Universalism comes from man's unholy need to justify his actions ...Just live life like you want to & you will go to heaven regardless of your actions.
Universalism is not based on the Bible { a firm foundation} but again the corrupt ideas of man.

Re: Snippit #2

Hi Roger

So what is being said is.
God does not destroy people in Hell, because if He did, He would then have to restore them to Himself, which would constitute Reincarnation?

Be Blessed
