I have a question for anyone who would like to answer. In Matthew 10:25, it says, "It is enough for the student to be like his teacher, and the servant to be like his master. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebub, how much more the members of his household!". Is the latter part of this verse referring to the Pharisees accusing Jesus' actions and teachings being of Beelzebub? And that if we are disciples of Christ, we will be accused of the same thing? When I first started reading the Bible I was confused by that part but now I believe I'm understanding it. Since before it, Jesus was talking about His disciples being like Him (if i'm understanding the student being like his teacher and the servant like his master part correctly), then it would make perfect sense! If someone could let me know if this interpretation is correct or not, I would greatly appreciate it!! Thank you!! :)
