False Revival Movements

Sadly there are false revival movements in the church scene today. These movements are characterised by an unholy look and feel, a love for money, a love of supernatural phenomena regardless of the source, and an unthinking acceptance of false and unbiblical practices. These revivals lack a passion for TRUTH, integrity, righteousness and the things that God values.

Site author's note: It is refreshing that one of the "big name" leaders personally associated with many of the people who foolishly endorsed Todd Bentley has had the guts to talk about it, and raise SOME of the deeper issues that this whole fiasco has highlighted. Todd Bentley has broken up with his wife and has filed for legal separation. How could this happen if his heart was truly filled with the love of God? Whatever was happening at Lakeland obviously was pretty compatible with this kind of thing.
