May the Lord bless and strengthen you and your husband through this time. I have had incredibly difficult times with my wife through the years. A couple times we were homeless for a week. She lived in three 9X10' metal sheds for a six month period. We were childless for 15 years. She was homebound with illness for 6 1/2 years. YET>>>
God was always there and we always had His favor. He was refining us and leading us. You and your dear husband will come out of this better than you went into it. Hold on! Stand fast! Constantly tell your husband the things you respect about him as a man and as your husband and father. Let him know how much you all support him. Also, let him know you are praying for him. Forgive him for the level of depression he expressed and trust God to see you all through.
God says, 'if any man does not provide for his own, he is worse than an infidel!' The GOOD NEWS in that is that GOD HIMSELF is also bound by this to provide for His own... which is who you Lambs are! He will provide through your husband, or around your husband... but it it GOD's responsibility to provide for your family first and foremost. Your husband is to go out and make himself available for God to bless, but it is God, who will give him the job.... You all already have divine favor.... now all you need is patient endurance until the manifestation of the provision comes!

I understand that your family is in desperate need of help. Jehovah Jireh is your Provider, so don't give up. He is your Abba Father, and will not let you down. I see that even though you are facing financial crises, you have hope in God,please don't be bitter with these experiences...Trust Him in everything..Nothing is hidden from Him and He cares for you & your family..Also encourage your husband, don't let him feel alone in this battle..As a family, pray for your daily needs.
At times it is difficult to believe people meeting online, so even if help does not come from this site, don't give up on the Lord...(I know this may hurt you, especially when your family is in need). I will be glad if people help you but if not, then you have the One who will open doors from other sources...May God lift your family in this difficult situation.

Today i ask that you pray that his family and friends be comforted for though he lost his life in this battle his family as well as he found Jesus our king. When you say “these things’, I assume you mean the works of faith. The answer is no. A lost person can do good deeds, but they count for nothing as far as getting them into the kingdom of God, or for trying to impress God.

I think that you already know the answer to your question, but I will answer it anyway. Professing one's faith is the starting point in one's walk with Jesus. A person is not just saved to sit down and do nothing. Faith requires action. These are actions of faith: sharing one another's burdens, helping orphans and widows (which is a big thing with God), witnessing to people, loving our enemies, etc. We are to walk in love toward our fellowman. By doing this we show God that we love Him.

Is Christianity then merely the ability to quote passages of faith or making statements of faith? Or is there more to it than that?
You asked a question where a person might have a certain understanding, with a scriptural basis to support it. Given her age, there are many things a person is still sorting out and coming to understand about God and life. I do not believe you needed to remove her from your fellowship over the communication you had on marriage... its not like she was going to marry you, given her perspective! :-)

NOTE: Paul did not make a big issue out of this... but you have and have probably hurt this person by your agressive handling of the Word in a spirit other than love. You need to apologize to her from a sincere and humble heart.
Are there heresies she insists upon? Or is she simply in the middle of seeking truth? If you need to distance yourself, fine, but do not make this an issue of heretical teaching on her behalf. There is nothing wrong with the faith she displayed, as you relayed it to us in your original post. Paul would agree with her, for the operative word in her comment is "truly". That was the point of his message on this as a seasoned observer on the topic. Yet, he did not bind anyone to marry or abstain.

It must have been terrible to go through the things that you have suffered at the hands of wicked and evil people. I pray that God will take away the pain of your past experiences with mind control. I offer you this verse that God gave me, when I was going through a hard time in my life. “Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” Psalm 55:22
I am not an expert on the book of Revelation, but this is what I know about Revelation 12:1-6:
The woman in Revelation 12:1 and 2 represents Israel, or the Jewish people. The sun represents the patriarch Jacob (later called Israel) and the moon represents his wife Rachel. The crown of twelve stars represents the 12 sons of Israel, whose descendants later grew to become the 12 tribes of Israel. It said the woman was pregnant and was in labor. Keep in mind that the woman is the nation of Israel. Jesus, our Messiah, came from that nation. God used a young, Israelite, virgin named Mary to birth His Son, Jesus.
When you get to verses 3 and 4, it changes the subject and starts talking about a dragon. This is not a literal dragon. Some say it symbolizes the great world powers, which demonic forces could use to persecute Israel. That’s all I am going to say about that. In the last half of verse 4, the dragon stands ready to devour the child.
Verse 5 tells us that the woman bore a son (which we know is Jesus), who would rule the heathen with an iron rod. This would come later. First, He would come to be the Savior of the world. When He comes back the second time, then, He will be King over Israel and rule the nations with an iron rod. This means He will have a lot of power and authority over the nations. The child was then caught away. This is referring to the fact that Jesus ascended into heaven after He completed His mission of making a way for people to be saved. He sat down on the right hand of the throne of God, a sign of that completion.
Verse 6 refers to what will happen to Israel during the Tribulation period. Many in the nation of Israel will flee into the desert to a place that God has prepared for them. They will be fed there for about three and a half years, or one thousand two hundred sixty days.
Keep in mind that Jesus was born a Jew. That was His nationality here on earth. He was not birthed from any other nation except Israel.
I respect you for your free will. God gives everyone free will, so that they can choose what they want to be.
And I understand that today's religious circles are different with their previous situation. Religions had many revolution during the past 1000 years. Even for those who believe in Jesus Christ, there are many groups.
I choose to believe what I have experienced with God. I believe the signs, wonders, miracles (2 Corinthians 12:12) and I believe that I am telling a truth which have sealed (Daniel 12:4, Daniel was told to "...shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end...).
And I also believe Amos 3:7, which says, "Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret to His servants the Prophets".
Luke 12:12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.

The relating of Mat. 12:42 in my blog, I was asking "Who was the Generation Jesus was speaking of", "who is the End Time Generation?"
Not where the Queen of the south came from, or where the ends of the earth actually are.
You are taking the verse to literally, the words "she came from the ends of the earth" only means she traveled from a very long distance, and in relation to where Solomon was, it actually took months to go to where he was.
It must have appeared to both Sheba and Solomon as though each of them lived at the ends of the earth.
You are trying to take your Chinese thinking, to understand the English language Interpretation, of a Greek rendering found in the Bible.
Find yourself a Greek - Chinese Interlinear bible.
This book would be (A direct literal Translation from the Greek, into the Chinese).
You say that you use, as one of your reference books.
"The Holy Bible, New International Version, 1973, 1978, 1984, International Bible Society"
If this bible is in English, or is a Translation from English into Chinese, then you are missing a lot of things, because English is not your primary language, there are things which are written in English which you cannot understand because of this.

My wife is German, she learned English in school and speaks English fluently, but when she came to the United States, she found that what she had learned, was totally different.
There are things which I still have to explain to her because of English (Syntax, and Idioms).

But revelation is a prophecy, and the real history of human beings will fulfill the prophecy, if you have patience to finish reading my manuscript of 'the woman of revelation 12', you will understand that what I am trying is not change any word of the Bible, but just want to find out what real history fulfill the bible's prophecy.

When you attempt to take the threads of the legend of Liu Bang, and the threads of the Bible, and weave them together, into a new piece of fabric, that is the point where everything you are attempting to say is lost.
It sounds like you are saying the story of the un-named mother of Liu Bang, and the Red Dragon over her head, before Liu Bang's birth, all point to His being DIETY.
I can see you have devoted many, many hours in the compiling of your theory, but everything you say is conjecture, assumption, supposition, nothing you say can be verified as truth.
You need to understand, that when reading the bible, Old or new Testaments, you will never need to go to outside sources to find the answerers, or verify Gods' word.
God placed within the covers of the bible all the answers we need to know, if you cannot find them within the pages of the bible, then God does not want you to know the answer until it is time to know it, when He reveals it to everyone.
Don't spend so much time in a futile attempt of solving the understanding of The Revelation.

I don't say that mind control technologies are new opinion. Satan has used it from the beginning much before the invention of microwave/electromagnetic wave. However, what i believe is that Satan is hiding behind these technologies.He is the real culprit and he is using the people to carry out his evil plans.
Once i was flipping the television channels and came across 'Discovery Channel' which was showing the program 'Deception with Keith Barry'. He was able to read people's mind and the reason he gave was scientific.But i don't think it is scientific, the source is something else.
I have also heard of such mind control reports from my village (in India), where even the basic infrastructure is not available, but thanks be to God, the Gospel of Jesus Christ has reached this remote village. People can defend themselves by binding Satan in the Name of Jesus Christ !!

I would say that only by praying to JESUS and Meditating on the Word of God (BIBLE), a victim can come out of the hopeless condition.

The Bible said here: 'listen to Solomon's wisdom', not 'meet with Solomon'.
(3) Liu Bang and his mother was true history, it was not a legend. Liu Bang was one of the emperor of Han Dynasty.
