our gracious lord Jesus forgives all sins repented with whole heart.Also you need to confess them before your wife and ask for forgiveness.Also you need to forgive yourself.
Second step is to undergo deliverance service to set you free. You might have demons that entered through sexual immorality you committed!Also ungodly soul tie formed between you and those ladies through evil covenants must be broken through blood of Jesus and any demon driven out in the name of Jesus! before you experience freedom.
