James 4:11

"Do not speak against one another, brethren He who speaks against a brother or (C)judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law; but if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge of it."

I'm not sure why you insist on reading between the lines here. Nowhere does Graham say that anyone who believes anything can get into heaven (isn't that what you are implying?)...he is speaking truth in a public venue so that he might witness the Truth in private. It's why he has had the ear of thousands of powerful men and women -- and they hear the Gospel -- and why the world listens to his preaching. He lets God do the judging -- his job is sharing the Gospel personally.
