The nature of the Spirit's testimony
No where does the Bible say that the way the Spirit of God tells us we are children of God is by making us talk in tongues.
No where did Jesus say, "By their unknown tongues you will know them". But rather, "By their fruit you will know them".
In one of your posts you say that we should go by feelings, not by faith, and in this one you say that the feeling of peace and happiness you think you have from God doesn't really mean anything unless you speak in tongues - that it is just based on circumstances, and it will fail when things get tough. Try telling these things to people who have joyfully endured torture for Christ, people who DO NOT speak in tongues.
There are more things in heaven and earth, my dear Angels, than are dreamed of in your philosophy.
