Concerning our righteousness....We can try all the time to be righteous but our righteousness is as of filthy rags Isaiah 64:6 we are all like an unclean thing and all our righteousness are like filthy rags...Who is this talking about? The key word is ALL...There are people who have done fantastic things for the Kingdom of God but their righteousness is still like filthy rags...There is only One that is righteous and that is the Lord Jesus Christ...He is the One who provides us with salvation and is known as the Author of Eternal Salvation as well as the Righteous Judge and Righteous Servant...There is no way we can obtain forgiveness of sins and salvation with the end result of heaven, where we receive eternal life and are forevermore in the very presence of our heavenly Father and our Savior Jesus Christ, except through His redeeming Blood..Jesus said "I Am the Way and the Truth and the Life ..No one comes to the Father except through Me" ...John 14:6
