Adam praises his gods, and refers us to some obscure texts that very few people have ever heard of. If these gods are as concerned about humanity as Adam says that he is, surely they would have given some clear proofs of their own glory by now, and left us some reliable ideas about who they are. Adam dismissed stories about Jesus in the New Testament as basically "legends", but they look like historical records to me, and not written in such a way as to flatter the authors either! The writings which speak of the polytheistic pagan gods are legends, and to my knowledge have no serious connection with any known places or historical events. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. So much of the stories in pagan religions are so much like "once upon a time in a land far away ..."
