I understand that I did raise a lot of point in counter to your article and I further understand it may take you some time to get to them all. I can wait. I think that you may have some insightful ideas even if we disagree on them or agree only in part. I wish you well in your new business venture and I’ll ask the Gods to give you strength as you care for your family members. I hope that they are not too ill or if they are that they will recover soon.

While there are no doubt some truly kind and caring people within the Christian faith, it appears to be the exception instead of the rule.I am thankful for every human being that is kind and giving. If there were more people like this, our lives on earth would be a bit better off then they are. Yet many of the preachers and even the “common” Christian do these sorts of things for show. They want the whole community to look at them and their “Good deeds” and bless them for it. It’s for the publicity and not out of kindness or concern. Of course the people who receive help form such as these are not apt to complain…they are after all having a pressing need meet. T.B. Joshua also appears to be such a person. After looking at his site I clicked one link down and found this:

I have written to him asking for two items: (1) a copy of his doctrinal statement and (2) independent HIV tests from BEFORE those he claims he has healed were allegedly healed proving they had AIDS to begin with. I have suspected for a long time that occult healings can sometimes be the result of the enemy lifting sickness or disease that was a result of his inflicting sickness and disease in the first place. Why would he do that? Simply to prop up his false prophets and false healers and to deceive people! We also need to be aware of the fact that a house swept clean without true repentance and belief in Jesus Christ is a house that is open to further demonic episodes (Matt. 12:43-45). That's why it's always important to check back on those who claim to be healed and see if they are still healed at a later date. But, most importantly, it's imperative to test the spirits, judge and compare the doctrinal teachings and beliefs presented by T.B. Joshua with the Word of God. On that basis alone you will discover that this man is teaching heresy -- laying error alongside truth. Christians should avoid any man who is using occult techniques in the name of Jesus Christ. I will now comment on questions and answers given by T.B Joshua in a book called Pastor W.F. Kumuyi and Prophet T.B. Joshua: Are both messengers of God? by Isaac B. Agbaje and Abieye Kalu. His quotes are very enlightening and should be enough for any true believer to stay far away from this modern day shaman who mixes Christianity with paganism in a very enticing manner.”

His Website, like him is flashy, full of show for the masses…he might make a good actor, so it seems that he (T.B. Joshua) is not even trusted among Christians. My, my, The Gods do work in mysterious ways! I am not condemning all Christians across the board, just the ones who show just how smug and self righteous they are. I suppose I agree with the Bible when it says ’“Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

That is something for people to think deeply on. So while I can not say anything for or against the Church you attend, because I am not there and I have not met them.It seems clear what Mr. T.B. Joshua is all about. Just another Bennie hinn (I may have misspelled his name, I apologize if so.) full of show and most likely faked power. Thus is seems to me that my original comment stands on “Terra firma” (firm ground), most churches are dead rotting corpses.Because I have not seen one thing that shows me otherwise.
