I have seen an entire book devoted to errors in the NIV
There are so many SERIOUS errors in the NIV that you can fill a book with them. I have read parts of one such book.
As for this new translation, I'd say its a mockery of the Word of God. This Archbishop of Canterbury is clearly an enemy of the gospel. He wants to get the Anglicans to agree to accept homosexual priests and bishops if possible. You just look at his wishy washy "non-stance" on everything. I think he is a druid as well, but I haven't checked it out deeply. Irrespective of that, he is a diplomat, a politician, but not a man of God. No wonder he approves it. He probably thinks he is being "courageous", but it is really folly to mess with God's Word and approve the horribly corrupt renderings thereof.
