Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "I am the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you by the way you should go." Isaiah 48:17

Confession:
The LORD my Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel is talking to me.
The LORD is my God.
The LORD God teaches me to profit.
The LORD God leads me in the way I should go.

Prayer:
Thank you Lord that you are speaking with me.
Thank you that you are not just God, you are MY God.
Thank you Lord that you teach me to profit.
I believe that you are a good teacher. Ultimately you will succeed in teaching even me.
I also believe you will guide me, as I wait before you, listen and enquire in Your presence.
Thank you LORD for all this.
Thank you for guiding me and showing me how to profit.

Personal Comments:
As I'm an investor and trader these days, I need God's wisdom. I am just going to believe that God will actually teach me as I wait on Him. It may not be easy to be a good student, but ultimately the wisdom of the Teacher will prevail, because I am willing to change.

Theological comments:

God wants to teach us how to succeed and make good decisions. But we need to listen to Him and obey His leading, guidance and commandments.
