Yes, I was saddened by the news of Pastor Ted; I have followed his ministry for a few years now. However, I am that much more motivated to stand for Christ. I agree with your comments. I believe that as leaders we must be ever so sensitive to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, after all He is our “teacher, guider, comforter, and friend.” I find today that leaders do not respond to that prompting, (we teach it, but are we living what we teach). No man is above temptation, however, you can defeat it by taking a stand against sin totally and following the promptings of the Holy Spirit. My prayers are with that family and church.
