Tim
All I'm saying is, no where (to my knowledge) in the bible is there a reference to the west, past present or future. When I hear words like Whore of Babylon then hear the Statue of Liberty or George Bush I can't swallow one word of it. When you say "Why would North America be mentioned when it was not inhabited?" Exactly! Except for one thing, science proves people were here as long ago as 10,000 years. We agree then that the USA is not part of the tribulation? America is packed with evangelicals lead by a born again Christian as is the Queen and Tony Blair(if the rumor mill is accurate). Hardly seems possible- Manessah Ephraim.
In fact as I reread the entire post I may have misinterpreted your title: America = Manessah? British Commonwealth = Ephraim? as trying to point in that direction, or questioning the idea?
I agree with Kenneth's post. Do right and don't worry about it.
None the less, Merry Christmas to all.
